@@GiantMeteor2024steering wheel holder plow driver almost caused an accident here. Use your mirrors, the car wiggled twice trying to slow down the the best of its ability. Plow drivers fault
Nicely done, but car drivers try not to give them a chance. But they can't complain enough if the roads are not plowed. Those six plow drivers are excellent at what they have to do!
As someone who has plowed for many years on the highway when you are merging onto the highway with a bunch of plow trucks, you do not slow down to a near stop you stay close together behind each other and you begin the merge process
@Jellybean Dakota if it was done safely, I'd agree with you,but to enter a highway like this isn't safe in flowing traffic at all. Only situation I'd do so is when being an emergency vehicle and there's a traffic jam
Been driving in WI my whole life, been behind them when they set up. I have never seen them act this reckless in WI, that was no way to run a snow removal operation, looked like amateur hour.

2:16 that black car had plenty of time to lay off the throttle, and pump the brakes to slow down. The driver definitely saw the trucks coming for the merge. But it it could have been a nice litte 'extra-dent' for that car 😅
You are really silly for standing on an icy bridge with traffic rolling by just for a little video. You have to know how quickly and easily something could have gone south there. How are you going to dodge a car there? Jump off 40 feet into more oncoming traffic in the snow?
Firstly thanks for your comment. The bridge i stand on is a plowed sidewalk don't stand on the road!. The plow convoy stopped and waited for about 15 minutes exchanged waves with several of the drivers. They knew i was shooting a video. They have used a few of my videos for summer classroom training. also i wear a bright orange safety vest. Thanks
Why weren’t police there to help coordinate traffic? The small black car had to swerve out of its lane because the way the aggressive plow trucks merged onto the highway.
that small black car had plenty of time to slow down seeing all those plows coming out. he intentionally tried to shoot around them because he was "that guy".
I was expecting police to stop traffic as they entered but considering this probably has to be done multiple times per day at many different points, it's not realistic. No reason why you (motorists) can't see and make way for a giant column of plows. This is Canada after all, this sort of thing should be expected and planned for, especially if it's been snowing.
Yeh one of there drivers hit and killed ago a tow truck driver a year and a half ago , it was the worst day of my life i unfortunately witnessed it , it was terrible 😢 but your footage is nice just reminds me of that day😮
I’m always curious who would be at fault if a car plows into them when they merge. Kinda close with that black car, but I’ve seen closer calls in person. One guy went into the median. No idea what became of that since I was ahead of the plows.
Ya i guess they must just get impatient waiting and then just go now the guy in the black car only decide to slow down in the last second as well i am sure he saw them merging on
You want police escort for all plowing? Congratulations, you will now have to wait a day after the end of snow fall for all the snow removal to finish.
barreling across the lanes like that reveals how underwhelming teamwork can instantly endanger others, doesn't it; besides, such pursuits necessitate teaming with either police or highway-patrol escort, f f s.......
Crazy the speed of the cars and the Police should have co-ordinated a rolling block to assist a safe emergence of the Snow ploughs.
Ya the way they cut in i guess they cant have police everywhere
absolutely. ......that was very ballzzzie , but great job on the plow drivers....that's a lot of truck to get moving that quick!!
The plows are the rolling convoy. Lots of flashing and blinking lights on them should be a good clue to four wheelers to back off..😂

Excellent coverage of the plow convoy. Love how they just blast across the highway after coming off the ramp !!!

Yeah that stopping can cause more accidents, they should have rolled into the lane in a pack
John patrick below comment nailed it with his answer
Fantastic coverage!. Excellent job snow removal team!!.... Thanks Silverado for sharing.
Thanks for watching Piloto
Now THAT was cool! Perfect film timing on your part too.
Got lucky standing on the bridge and they just stopped there!
strange way to merge so aggressively, kind of expected them to enter and then slowly merge especially due to approaching traffic

Schön zu sehen, dass nicht nur in Deutschland die Leute zu dumm sind, derartige Situationen korrekt zu erkennen und sich richtig zu verhalten.

Don't be stupid & try to play chicken with a plow truck they far out weight most vehicles on the road.
100% agree
That seems like an accident waiting to happen
True but they have to get the plows on the road in one convoy
Idiot drivers always going to fast for conditions having no consideration for others.
Agree the plows are merging the smart thing would be to slow down!
