    I love eating like this, and do when I’m by myself, but my husband likes heartier meals and claims he’s still “hungry” when I try to feed him like this..lol.

      Eat more healthier fats with your meal (avocado, olives) to help keep you satiated. I started add that to my husband's meal and he is full and stays full longer.

    Sadly I dislike my body for 40 years😔. Finally learning to love it the way it is 15 up 15lbs down. 🥰. Remember girls ❤️🌹💪👑❤️ You are bikini ready at any size!!!!!

    My go to lunch lately has been an avocado egg toast (I use Sriracha on my eggs/flax seeds and nutritional yeast yum), a piece of salmon, handful of walnuts and strawberries. It's so filling, since I don't eat breakfast and only have 2 meals a day. I could eat that daily, but love getting other ideas. Thanks for these suggestions!

      That sounds SO GOOD! I'm the same, I can eat the same thing every day for weeks. Lol! Then I'll usually burn myself out and return to it 6 months later. 😄😘

    I do intermittent fasting I eat my first and last meal of the day at three o clock, I usually have salmon, a cup of quinoa, two cups of broccoli with half an avocado, and later a handful of almonds or I really like those flavored tuna in the packets, ill make some of that and put it in some baby bell peppers, so good

    I’ve been carnivore seine March and have lost 21 pounds all my stomach issues are just about gone! I’m 55 years old and haven’t felt this good in a long time ! So yes I agree with your husband on this diet I was skeptical at first but did my research! Everything you made looked very good ! We are still looking for summer here in Pennsylvania! Lol ! ☀️☀️

      @@blueseptember2174 yes! Eggs to! I’ve officially lost 75 lbs.I started March first! I’ve reached my goal weight and have kept it off I’ve also added vegetables but very little they tend to upset my stomach! On carnivore you can eat beef,bacon,real butter and eggs! Little bit of cheese ! Go to Dr.Berry here on UA-cam! He’s very informative!

It’s hard to find a place where wanting a better body for health and/or just feeling better about yourself isn’t looked at as body shaming these days.     “Ground Comino” is actually called Cumin in English. Pronounced Q-min. Also meat tenderizer is FULL of MSG, which a lot of people think is really bad for you. My mom cooked with MSG all my life and it really brings out the flavor in food. I LOVED your lunch!!! I will definitely try those. Also dinner looks awesome!! I love all the flavors of what you cooked. New subscriber!!

    Everything looked delicious! I’ve been doing mostly carnivore (I do eat a small salad each night with whatever meat I am eating) as well for the last 3 months and am down 22 pounds. Glad your husband’s back is feeling better! 😊

    I've been carnivore for a little over 40yrs due to really bad allergies it's a way of eating for over all health a doctor put me on it and he was a heart doctor no other doctors could help me even allergist doctors. He will feel like a new person and be thin added bonus.

    For whatever reason I haven’t been seeing you in my feed for awhile. I’m glad this one showed up. I’m all about quick and tasty meals so I can stay full and 👙get lean. Also, I’m the same way- I could never get a job in the food industry because I have to arrange things in order to have an equal amount in each bite. PS- 🌶it’s pronounced (sir-otcha) 😊💕

    Hey Jennifer! Love these videos, thanks for the inspiration! Just wondering if you have ever tried plain Greek yogurt in lieu of sour cream? It’s a great healthy replacement and I can’t even tell the difference!
    (As a side note: I have a 10 year old autistic son and I love to hear about your son and how he’s doing.     Hi Jennifer! I love your recipes and look forward to trying them! The one problem I have though is that I’m always still hungry after meals like this. I would need at least two snacks in addition to these meals I think. Did you or do you ever feel the same? How do you eliminate that extra hunger? Thank you!

      I am the same way.... to counteract the hunger I double the meat.... protein will keep you full longer.

    Both look delicious! Funny you mentioned the carnivore diet, been tempted to try it! I also have some joint pain and back pain. I love Sriracha as well (pronounced kinda like Sir-a-cha, like cha-cha-cha ole!) Will have to try both recipes. Thanks for sharing!

      I have a friend who literally transformed herself with WW! She actually mentioned to me once that the way I eat seems to fall into a lot of the things WW teaches. That's cool. I hope WW works out for you! 🌹😘

    Love the meal ideas! I've never tried butter lettuce so I might have to give this a try. I'm like you, I'm particular with my bites too! Each bite has to have the right amount of sour cream! 😄

      Honestly, I have no idea. I've been eating this way for so long that I just kind of know what I can eat if I want to look a certain way. I do look at labels, and I try to choose foods that are more low calorie/low fat, but I don't ever count or measure. I have listed and counted calories for a video before, but I don't like doing that because for whatever reason it ilicits a lot of negative comments in my comment section. But I'm pretty sure I never eat the same amount of calories every day, I think I've just learned to balance it out over the week. ❤️🌺
