I just had to put my bunny to sleep last Saturday after months battling illness. He was my best little buddy who was there for me through so much. Keeping busy is also what’s helped me in this time of grief. I’m so sorry about nugget chandler. No words can ever explain how much our pets mean to us, but I really am so sorry 🥺💗

My best friend lost her pet bf after seventeen years and I didn’t think we’d ever get her out back together. As someone who lost her best friend (Mabel the cat) and my partner lost his best friend in the same summer (Cooper the dog), I just give you a hug. Know we get it, and and you will always know the love of your lovely Nugget. The quiet moments are hard, and if it's anything like me, reading was also quite hard for a bit, I couldn't get out of my head for a while. It does hurt less over time, but those memories will always be there. Just after three months after losing my Mabel, we are off to pick up a lovely new addition to the family in a week. Again, hugs, and take care of yourself.

I am very sorry for your loss. I met 2 of my childhood best friends when we were 3 and the other when we were 11. I lost the first 2 when we were 32, I am 57, and there are still days when I miss Tanya and Alita so much. I am so grateful to have loved them and to have been loved by them. Grief sucks. My Grandma died this year and it was the worst pain I have ever felt but I got through it and you will too. If you need to take breaks we will all still be here. It’s still nice to see you in a video. Sending love as you work through this hard time ❤

about sea of ruin, i think the darkest scenes happens after the 60% mark, so if the beginning sounds dark, its nothing compared to what comes next - i have a high toleration for dark themes, but this book did make me close it sometimes bc it was a little too much. overall i enjoyed it though

When I lost my 13 year old pup a few years ago I was a mess and I still miss her every day. Our pets are our family and our emotional support place when the rest of life literally blows so losing such an integral part of our day to day happiness is a pain the world likes to underestimate. You were an amazing mom to nugget and are an amazing mom to all of your precious fur-babies. You were blessed to have each other and his life was full of love and comfort thanks to you. It doesn't take away the pain of loss, but it helps to cherish the lessons he taught you and the love you all shared. I wish you and your family healing through this time of grief and transition.

I just read heated rivalry by Rachel Reid and saw that you read and rated it highly but I noticed you hadn’t read the sequel that came out recently for that couple The Long Game and it so so good! So if you’re looking for a well written smutty sequel highly recommend
I’m gonna tell on myself here. I watch a lot of UA-cam and more specifically BookTube so I fast forward in those 10 second increments a lot or I’d never be able to do anything else. I’ll also say, I talk fast. I’ve always spoken fast but learned who I need to slow down for in my life. But people who repeat themselves or pause or use umm.. I’m fast forwarding those videos because I’m not missing anything. If I skip ahead for you, I’m potentially going to miss an entire book in 10 seconds. Absolutely zero shade with this comment. It’s impressive how quickly you speak and I never notice you stumbling over a word or words or thought. Rapid fire, all day. ❤️

For a smile, I can totally recommend the audiobook to Rosaline Palmer Takes the Cake by Alexis Hall. It leans more women’s fiction, but there still is a lot of romance in it. It’s about a single mom who enters into the Great British Bake Off. It is hilarious, the narrator is really fun (and does a lot of British dialects) and I really appreciated that it has a bisexual heroine. 😊

I need you to read The Undertaking of Hart and Mercy. It's like You've Got Mail in a funeral home, with some zombies. It's spicy, sweet, and all of the characters, even the secondary and tertiary ones, are really well drawn and fleshed out. I loved it and cannot stop recommending it. It's kind of Enemies to Lovers, but probably closer to what Love On the Brain sounds like.

Chandler, I'm very sorry for your loss. I personally didn't like cats until I fell in love with a scruffy little stinker my parents had rescued from freezing to death. He made me not only fall in love with him, but with cats in general. Unfortunately, he passed away almost two years ago, and the pain is still too real. I hope you will heal with time; I'm sure you've given him an amazing life and made him very happy ❤🩹
I honestly didn't like The American Roommate Experiment so far. I stopped reading at the moment but don't want to dnf because I hate dnfing. Those characters just have no chemistry so far and barely interact with anyone else so far which is so tiring
