I'm a type of person who cleans the classroom at both near the end of the class, and when the class ends. Why? It feels good to be the only one walking around while everyone's sitting down, listening to the teacher.
And after class, it feels nice to be alone in the classroom. You would experience the most silent times (and cleanest times) your classroom could ever be. And peaceful as well, you could do anything you want in the room and no one will see you for it since everyone's leaving. I played chess with a ghost because of this (although it only took him 2 moves to make me give up because I might have been fighting grandmasters and I was afraid to get my mortal ass kicked by a ghost).
TL;DR: Cleaning is for loners and/or for people who likes some peace.
When the teacher is explaining stuff really fast there is always that one person that gets everything and what I see in my notes are complete nonsense..

Some of my favorite things that happened at school so far this year:
- Memed our principal, my meme went viral and was posted all over the TV’s at school
- Fifty people tried to play Tug Of War at the pep rally, they tore the rope in half, ended up on top of each other
- A fight broke out…on the first day
- Someone slammed themself into the glass door, ended up cracking it, we acted like it never happened and nobody found out
- Played human ping pong in a rolly chair while the teacher was busy. I was the one in the rolly chair
- Someone brought shrimp on the first day, took one bite of it UNPEELED, then left it under our table
- I threw my head back while sitting, which caused my voice to get wayyyy deeper and I started yelling in a man-like voice. With my head bent back, spinning in a rolly chair. For context, I am female.
It has only been. One month.

@@ayoolagbadebo2157 It was really cool! All the projects we did were really awesome and were a great way to get me thinking. It was a great way to show my creativity. I loved doing contour lines for a time. I remember I also had to do a project where I drew and colored a city in shadows and reflect it into a lake. Those two were in ninth grade. I also took art for one semester in tenth grade.

Same, people always ask me why i dislike school when im smart compared to everyone else and im so annoyed by it
I liked art class, music class and recess. All the fun and creative classes that gave you the control to do what you wanted to do. Also, I loved making friends, cause yes I am a social butterfly and doing things with people is more fun than doing it by yourself.

Back when I was in school, I was the kid who read so much that my English teacher asked if I would recommend "War of the Worlds" for the rest of the class. (I didn't then, but looking back on it, I think it would have actually gotten my classmates interested in reading. Live and learn?) I was also literally the only student who took my wildlife biology class seriously, which made me really sad, because the subject matter was awesome.
I will grew to like homeworks/assignments when I entered engineering school cuz they pretty much throw you in the ocean and tell you to swim, and the test is harder than it should be, so getting homework is a good practice for the test eventually, and it honestly just stops you from procrastinating studying cuz you have no idea where to start, what to do, or how to survive this semester in general. so yeah, homework really is a blessing lol, it's annoying while you are doing it, but you grow to appreciate the fruits of your hard work when you are having much easier time before the final exams and on the exams themselves

Messing around is the thing I like to do most, no one necessarily thinks I'm a delinquent, I've never been called that but I've been called too quite sometimes and stubborn in rare occasions. Making art is my 2nd favorite thing to do, but their aren't many art assignments in my school, sadly, and you've to pay to participate in the ones that do happen. I like eating lunch for the break from studying and recess for a breath of fresh air.
Man I can't wait for this school year to end, I haven't felt this lonely and out of place ever.

I would really like it, if there would be the possibility of learning Japanese at my school. As the second language everyone learns English, of course but as a third language I only had the opportunity to chose between French, Latin, or Spanish, so I choose French, even so I never need it, I don’t have any plans to ever visit France or watch/read anything in French, It would have been so nice if I could learn Japanese or Danish as a third language, because that are languages I would actually use sometimes, instead of learning a language and forget about it after years of not using it.

I actually took Japanese class in my first year of college. I'll probably take Japanese 2 in the spring. As someone who's lived in a very Hispanic neighborhood, I'm baffled that it took me until high school to take a Spanish class. I wish they taught me since elementary school. The American education system needs some work.

I enjoy doing theater. I’m actually doing our second performance of our play tonight. It’s extremely therapeutic for me and I always make such good memories with my cast mates. My cast mates always become my best friends and we stick together from then on. It is a lot of fun!

My favorite things at school are band/marching band, art, Japanese class, and honestly just seeing my friends. Also love the feeling when u get home on a Friday knowing u can relax for the weekend and have no homework
Not for me, i get a chapter of a very complex book to read and write what i understood about it for the weekend
Now, back in my school days my experience with homework differed drastically depending on the type. Most homework was a nightmare because it took away so much of my time, and when I couldn't focus I was stuck staring at the paper for who knows how long.
However, when the homework was something creative it was usually a different story. When I was given the task of writing a story I could spend all of my time from I got the task to I sat down at home thinking of how I was gonna write the story. Same thing when we were to make short films and I got in charge of editing and could put as much time and passion into the project as I so desired. (Something that didn't happen often because I generally wasn't taken too seriously by most other students)
I actually loved school dances cause I could dress up. Having a boyfriend & friends helped tho
Edit: A friend of mine started a kpop/jpop dance club for her last year of school (only added jpop so the Japanese teacher would let her use the room) anyways I was basically convinced into joining cause I was the only one they knew who took dance classes & was always the best dancer at school dances. Anyways it was surprisingly not that cringey & got me into kpop a bit but I prefer girl groups more than boy groups.

When I was in school it was hard to pin down which of these was me. Sometimes I would be that one who seemed like he knew it all and hated others, othertimes I was that guy who wanted to make genuine connections, but tended to wind up with varying types of people I felt no connection to. Truth be told until College I hated nearly everything about school. Competitions topped my list of hated things cause I hated how personal I took competition such that no friendship could survive it. To this day I still fight that side of myself everytime the company wants to have a "friendly competition."

And loners think we're bullies despite they barely know about us and we had nothing to do with them lol
So a small story about whiteboard doodles at our school, in my homeroom (a special ed class, for context I have autism and ADHD), our Teachers (we have a main and co-teacher) don’t usually erase the whiteboard and let us draw things, it gets crowded near the end of the year, but some of the people that drop by are REALLY talented artists. It sadly gets erased during the break, but that just means new drawings can flourish.
"Everyone is a joke to you but you're hurting inside." I really don't wanna be a bully, but I do it on impulse. This hit deep. I am not gonna start explaining why I'm hurting inside, but it's nice to know that people know what some bullies go through.

personaly, school si my happy place. i have lots of friends and i love doodling at the back of my history or math notebook (sometimes on engish notebook) and i love showing my friesnds my drawings and art. i was one of the artists on my class soo yeah i just love school and i just love learing. (btw i used to be soo popular in school and still a little now) so yeah happy learning stay safe and God bess.
bro the doing art part is literally me the entire year
this man can just say stuff and we literally CANNOT argue with it
memories from my freshman year:
- started a meme account for my school and it got a bit popular
- tried out for volleyball twice and got rejected both times
- got the highest grade in Japanese class
- never once got an A on the Intensive Unit Essays
- went to a shitty school dance, got drunk, and my whole friend group cried together
- went on my first official date
- had an actual friend group and was kinda popular (lots of people don't like me im just well known as being the autistic kid who asks WAY too many questions)
- almost failed art class because my personal style wasn't good enough for the teacher (I am an artist)
- went to lots of parties (not the ones with alcohol or drugs more like 18 people trying to fit into a small jacuzzi).
- got a gym membership
- got instagram
AND
- finally started transitioning (im transgender)
so all in all a pretty average high school year
0:20 haha had a sensory overload in class and also had a separate melt down at the same time just cause I was trying to focus too hard😌🤪

When I was in high school, I remember that during lunch it was my friends and I being random but also trying to figure out how to get back at the preps and jocks since at my high school at the time I was there, the scene and emo kids were literally dealing with almost a school war with the preps and jocks and my friend and I, both Myspace famous scene queens, were probably in charge of the scene and emo plans most of the time.. but yeah, I had preps JEALOUS OF ME because of my Myspace fame!

Making friends, Lunch mostly to hang with friends. But also skipping class(sorta... well one class) which was during the other lunch to hang out with other friends
Honestly, I decided to read books during class to pass the time sometime last year- but i found a lot of enjoyment out of reading so now i read even out of school.
My entire class was crying on the last day of school and actually desperately wanted to stay up all night doing algebra. I think something’s wrong with them

I'm the mix between messing around , eating and studying . I mess around on boring and ez subjects like English or history , i study math cause i wanna be an engineer and i always eat some snacks during class .
I do everything I can, but not because I’m an overachiever or anything. I’m just worried I won’t be able to make the most of the limited time I have left in school so I take every opportunity I can to make memories and spend time with my friends.
I’m part of student council, debate club, and I’m about to join chess club too. I’m also planning on doing every field trip and special event possible

Some of my favourite things that I have done in school so far this year (I’m on holidays for another week, then back to school T^T):
- I made friends with some of the popular kids
- Talking about how it’s already nearly the end of 2022
- Going on excursions (or field trips) that only a few people got to go on
- Having an actually GOOD lunch
- going to the movies with my popular friends I mentioned earlier
- We read some actually ok books
- I learned how to draw better
- I caught up with a friend I hadn’t spoken to in a while
- On the last day of term (I live in Australia) we didn’t do work
- My favourite substitute teacher who didn’t make us do work (love her)
That’s all so far, may edit it at the end of the year :D

0:09 - The otherside of my 12th Grade year was Skipping Classes for quiet time because that's when my Anxiety really flared up (It was there in 11th)
3:02 - I normally befriend the Staff easier then the students themselves (Except one I had in 7th and 12th in fact for the latter I did my first Class Transfer because she really like to overwork people and was just straight up mean)
