The drama class we had was insane. One time we got a substitute and we gave her hell for trying to discipline one of our classmates because he threw a chair for a bit. Hope you enjoyed a haphazardly put together rendition of "we're all in this together" from high school musical, grumpy old lady!
I experienced something similar but my entire class threw chairs pillows pencils and other things that made the substitute cry in my homeroom

Back then one of those "weeb students" in my class actually drew for around 10 students (including me) for the art class assignment and we each paid her around 5 dollars (in my country's currency). Real good talent and she said that she was self taught too.
Simply put, the teacher found out and everyone that got caught including her were put into a room and we were all forced to do that assignment again, and yes she helped everyone again

I had a few Snow Days in NWPA
Some because it was around -15 F/-26 C which broke our all time low record in 2015
Others because 5ft/160cm of Snow fell during Christmas Eve and Christmas basically shutting down everything and Winter Break was extended a few days in 2017-18

I'm thankful that I went to a good school that I loved. I liked _most_ of the teachers and loved my friends, many of whom I have stuck with until today for years. Classes were usually fun, and the school offers many electives. In those electives, it was great to see the amazing accomplishments (such as art pieces) of others and maybe be praised for your own. The school's sports programs were okay, slowly getting better over the years, but they were still enjoyable. There were no uniforms, which was nice. There were obviously ups and downs, but mostly, school was a fun experience.

I do love it when people complement my art. In fact, I gave up until I saw one of my classmates drawing so good in 8th grade, that I kinda made it an ambition to be as good as him, and another person came up and outdid me AGAIN!! At that point I made it a mission to improve my art. I can't forget it. So when people started to complement it, it makes me feel accomplished. It makes me feel really nice. :D
i tried a new way of drawing that the teacher was showing us, and it turned out way better than expected. then my old art teacher came in and both art teachers said i massively improved. couldn't help but smile. it really made my day :D art is my favorite.

I really liked one teacher that just gave a lot of fun stories. I also loved the gym because sometimes we all got to play a big game of volleyball! It was super fun!

My favorite part of school is any elective class. They’re classes where we’re actually “hands on” and not just sitting behind a desk, doing paper work.

At least my final years of school, I actually really liked. In germany, we can optionally (optionally as in "We need it if we wanna go to university") extend our school by 2-3 years with "Abitur". I THINK it's somewhat similar to College, except you just normally visit the school like before? Idk much about college. Anyway, unlike the other years of school, you get to strike out some of the subjects you don't like. Instead of classes, you are jumbled together by the courses you take, and you have to pick 2 subjects you like, for which you will take "higher level" courses. And since I happened to share those two courses with mostly people who actually cared, and the teachers actually made them interesting, it actually became kinda fun and motivating! I have many genuine lessons that I look back on fondly.
Also, I just happened to have THE technical dude as my main supervisor, and was also in some voluntarily extra courses that guy made. Even though he wasn't the principal, that dude basically controlled the entire school, because he actually had the technical knowledge how to make all the stuff work that basically anyone wanted to do. And I was in his event management course (audio mixing, professional light setups etc.), which also helped with all the school events. Which WAS sometimes quite bothersome, but seriously, if you get to cruise through the school on a giant transport wagon, at like 10pm with your pals, while carrying around the teachers master key to pretty much any doors in the school, it's kinda fun and worth it xD
I even got called out of a lesson with the schools most... "respected" teacher, to help the vize-principal with some tech stuff. Or once, we went eating some fast food with a teacher cuz we didn't want to go on an annoying project-field-trip and instead helped him out at that time.
Some of that miught sound "teacher's pet"-y, and maybe it is to a degree, but since those teachers were actually chill, it was just a good time

I genuinely love school, which is weird because I have 0 friends. I also have social and separation anxiety. I thought I’d hate 6th grade, but it’s pretty much the same as elementary school except it’s more independent.

My favorite was always lunch, but it was for the most depressing of reasons. I'd literally skip lunch to do homework as I sat alone at that one table where kids were spreading dumb rumors about "so and so did this bs on THAT table. Steer clear."
Once I was picking my sister up so we could head home (she was in first grade) and the teacher hung up some work her class did, i had a glance at my sisters one and it said "My favourite part of school is" going home" i burst out laughing and she gets embarrassed now whenever we talk about it lol
I find it hilarious that I jokingly say nothing is my favorite just before MVPerry said it.

I really enjoy all the trips we go on. Almost every other week, we do something outside the classroom, which is so much more interesting that sitting there all day.
Sometimes I wish I could just do art for the entire school day.
I loved it when on the last day of school art class was extended to 4 hours. And we even got free snacks.
I also love when I finish an art project and I am free to create my own thing. I decided to make a stand up robot dinosaur with cardboard and paint. (it's done now)
You can probably already tell by my profile picture that i like art. (I used my own art that I made in my free time)
I still don't like my school and feeling better in the college, but nostalgia is nostalgia, and nostalgia about the school isn't great among others
I love bringing my joke book, and finding some nice jokes that the students will love. Sometimes I steal them, but they like it.

I love school. I don’t rlly dig the math, but the middle/high school drama, dating ppl, hanging with friends, and the fun of it is sooo good…. Literally the best time you’ll ever have. People say elementary is fun, but being a teen is the best. Currently I’m 12 in 6th and Ngl it’s so fun. Can’t wait to increase the fun!!

The difficulty gap is large, and if you don’t put in consistent effort, you’re not going to be able to enjoy school.
There’s also college stuff to think about like extracurriculars and grades which are really important.
For me, I’m part of the Covid Batch (I entered high school in 2020) so I didn’t have the best high school experience, but I still had loads of fun:)
Ultimately, it’s your mindset that makes the difference ~
i've slept on chemistry once (preparation class for the finals for secondary schools), felt good, got into the school i wanted. after giving me hell for 2 years straight, this is such a relief.

I had a love/hate relationship with presentations. I loved it because it was the only time ppl noticed me (because I was good at it). I hated it because I was always afraid I was going to mess up.
Personally, friends, making people laugh, when exams are over, good grades, hearing the school bell ring and making new friends are my favorites.
Graduating would probably be one of my favorites too.

Yeah, I always described school as like a prison. There are gates keeping us all inside, we have to do whatever our teachers say, you'll get punished if you do anything remotely out of line, and the food sucks.

I actually don’t dislike math. It’s pretty logical and relatively easy if you get the concepts. I understand that’s not the case for everyone of course. But hey, I SUCK at gym class as I barely have the coordination to kick a ball the right direction.
I loved doing presentations. I always but little jokes in there and popular references that would make people laugh. I also love public speaking so that’s why I enjoy it.
The thing I love about being homeschooled is that my friends and I get done faster than every other school so we have more time to do things together

What I love the most about school is when there's an incident or other serious things that happened that either leads to someone getting suspended, hurt so bad, knocked out unconsious, really angry, or just straight up crying. They give me this weird intense feeling which makes me happy and will brighten up the rest of the day even if there will be like a math exam or something

My favorite subject is theatre arts because it’s the only class where I actually fit in in the slightest. I’m loud and outgoing and outspoken in theatre arts class, I’m not afraid to make contributions to the conversation or talk to people, I share things openly, I laugh and am happy in theatre arts. Even in LSN-Gov (it’s a whole story of why I kinda like that class) I still shrink away and become invisible to anyone who doesn’t actively seek me out, I’m the quiet one, the one that when I speak I hear “where did you come from?”
So no, definitely not math
