This was PERFECT. A couple of weeks ago I did something to my left knee. I was doing a fair number of squats and lunges and it felt fine at the time, but after I noticed a sharp pain in the front-inner knee area and it has persisted ever since. No idea what I did!! So thank you for this excellent work around!!
First time I have seen this presenter, and I really enjoyed it. Very natural, good exercise selection, but i would have liked some quiet, soft music in the background. Also, with a 11month old knee replacement and the other giving me some grief, I adjusted the exercises for a standing session. From being a very experienced instructor myself, I know I would have enjoyed your classes in a gym etc. I am 74. Thanks. Nola

That felt great! And YES that same toe but on my left foot refuses to keep polish on it. I use Gel polish and the polish literally pops off that toenail. Stays on the other 9 toes no problem. I thought I was weird. My nail tech acts like I’m her only one like this too. Love that you shared this!

Hi PJ Thankyou for the workout. Im a bit behind so just done this one today. I enjoyed the no repeats and the dead bug with the weights. Ps my Pedicurist said that a lot of people don't have a nail on their small toes and so there's nothing to paint. I was quite shocked at this. Maybe that will help you feel less weird haha at least you get a week of pinky toe pain lol. Best wishes, Nicola the newbie x
Love the no-repeat cuz you can lift a lot heavier. Unfortunately I'm having to hold two fairly heavy dumbbells in one hand because I don't have any dumbbells heavier than 20 pounds. Hopefully I can splurge some day and invest in some heavier ones!
Great workout! I had to use body weight only on my right arm thanks to my right shoulder giving me fits again. 😠 I loved the balance drills, and yes I took my shoes off! Oh and my nail polish stays on all of my toes when I get a pedi 🤣

Like the no repeat aspect even though I understand the benefits of repetition. I predict you will be found out by your sister but she will forgive you. I am evacuated from Helene so used some soup cans and a water jug for weights, not super satisfying but will peruse local charity shops for some real dumbells.
