    I think this is in the ballpark of my issues now. I strength train with hypertrophy focus, and have been having mild to moderate issues in this area for a few months now. It's pretty annoying. I have a few things going on with this limb, and poor insurance coverage. So I am just trying to learn all I can and strengthen and troubleshoot as well as possible. I wouldn't even consider surgery at this point or steroids. I'm working with my trainer to try to strengthen the weak links and improve mobility. Thanks for sharing.
