Finally some more steam! K4 3750 is by far one of my absolute favorites in the collection! Great model of a post war PRR K4, her train today is the first time seen on camera mail train in its completed form. It’s comprised of Weaver, Lionel, 3rd rail, golden gate depot and MTH pieces. I’m super happy to have it all together now. Took me over a year to gather all the pieces and now it’s done! Glad to have unique consist!

Very Nice TJ, that mail train is impressive. A year in the making and it’s complete, also it would’ve been cool to see doubleheading K4’s on the train. Great Mail train!!!

Nice train TJ. Good thing it’s not being pulled by some hideous G5. I gotta get myself a K4 someday… can’t call yourself a PRR collector without a K4 lol!
Yeah who would want a G5 😂 yes I believe a K4 is something you should have at some point!
Is there a specific reason a caboose is not at the end of a mail train?
In mail or REA trains cabeese were used as extra crew area. So they were typical in the middle of the baggage cars.
