Happy New Year! Welcome back to another episode of Pack My Husband’s Lunch. After all the business from the holiday season, it’s time to get back into our routines and enjoy some good comfort food.
This week features some of my go-to quick and easy recipes. On Monday, we had Spicy One Pot Chicken and Rice, the perfect easy comfort meal! On Tuesday, we were craving salmon, so I made Ginger Glazed Salmon Rice Bowl paired with Garlic Broccolini. On Wednesday, I wanted to test out a chicken skewer recipe, and I paired it with my quick and easy Taiwanese Pan pan-fried noodles. This was SO GOOD. I made it again for dinner the next day! We ended the week with Dom’s favourite, Golden Steak Fried Rice with bok choy.

OMG! I am going to make the chicken and rice one-pot meal tonight! The rest of the recipes are a definite must. Everything looks so delicious sadly I am allergic to rice and ginger perhaps I can sub cauliflower rice, omit the ginger and cook some of then “one pot” items separately. Wonderful recipes!

Can you add tips on reheating Dom’s lunch with fried dishes?
YUMM that sounds so good!! for fried dishes i always double fry to make sure it stays crispy, unfortunately if you only have a microwave it wont be as good the next day, but if you have an air fryer thats what ill use!
Great recipes as usual! As a request, can you also include how much oil you add to the pan? Thank you!
thank you!! ill try and include it in my future videos ☺️ but for pan frying i usually do around 2 tablespoons depending on what im cooking!

Can you show us how you make your rice? I assume when you add it its already cooked? I know the recipes slogan is "things you already have in the fridge" but I'm a beginner cook looking to meal prep and I dont know how to clean and cook rice. Is microwavable rice ok to use?
