Welcome to another episode of Pack My Husband’s Lunch! This week we are jumping into some of my favorite fall recipes to get ready for the cold season.
On Monday I made a delicious one pot Beef and Broccoli Fried Rice topped with a fried egg, on Tuesday I made a childhood favorite, Coca-cola Chicken Thighs with Bok Choy, on Wednesday we were craving Din Tai Fung so I recreated their Crispy Chicken Cutlets, Egg Fried Rice, and Crispy Green beans. This really hit the spot! We ended the week with Dom’s favorite, Shanghai Noodles, which he asked for seconds right when he got home!

I suggest you to add the oil after the marinade, right before cooking the meat. What the oil does is that it seals in/locks in the marinade to keep the flavor. Adding it with the marinade prevents the meat from absorbing the seasoning. I highly recommend this tip.

I love watching you cut vegetables! I know everyone has their way, but you make it easy. Ex. the carrots. I do that all the time now. I also love Dom Camera! He loves eating your meals and when he furrows his brow, that is when I know it is extra delicious. That's his tell. 😋 Thank you for the quick and easy recipes!

it would be super cool to see a grocery shopping vlog or what you do with leftovers when cooking! i cook for myself and i find buying ingredients creates a lot of food waste if i don't plan what i'm cooking

Your channel is really life-changing for me, as my fiancee and I are now always looking forward to lunchboxes on work days - your recipes are so delicious, and we absolutely love it! The recipes are also not so complicated and easy to replicate as well.

OMG I’m so happy to find your channel. I love “Chinese food” and have wanted to learn to cook my own takeout. I’m subbed to a handful of Asian food channels, but the way you make everything seem so simple and your tone of voice make it easy for me to follow. I tried out the coca cola chicken and it's a bomb! I may have put too much of oyster sauce tho, coz it's a a bit too salty, but i put in some white pepper and it's a little bit more balanced. It's not as dark as i expected though, so maybe next time i'll reduce the amount of oyster sauce and add some sweet soy sauce instead. I'll try the fried rice and green beans next time!😊😊😊

Ur recipes are amazing and the food prepared looks out of the world. In every recipes of urs pls pls do mention the type of soya sauce u r using as u have already explained that there are many types of soya sauce to cook with.
