I realized I have been uploading my videos 720p with my 4k camera… just because of my poor knowledge😹
So I changed the settings. From this video, you could also select 1080p⭐︎ (Did you know that? I didn’t know that lol)
Thanks for the viewers who sometimes asked me to make video 4k or HD. I finally understood what you were saying〜. It’s the first time I’ve learned that after 5 years of my youtube’s life lol
This is kind of a new beginning
. . .Σ( ̄。 ̄ノ)ノ
😍 yaay even prettier video
Truffles are mushrooms. I don’t appreciate the flavour. I’ve had fresh button mushrooms straight from the forest that were amazing to me. So different from what you get in grocery stores.
If you ever wanted someone to proofread your scripts, I would love to
Another tidbit of information: those of us that have the video quality set to auto will automatically get the highest quality that our connection supports.
I immediately noticed!! few new camera angles too, right? your videos are getting better every time, keep up the good work Imamu :) ♡ the love you put in every action melts my heart.
it's weird, but your videos have shown me that cooking is an act of love. I'm single and I used to think cooking for myself was depressing, but I try to put as much love into my food as you do and it's made a positive difference. thank you, imamu :')
I really understand this!
I have lived alone for a long time and there is no greater love you can show yourself than by taking care of you - and that means cooking yummy food! X
It's like that saying "be your own best host", it's important to take care of ourselves just as much as other people!
affh iy....?
Sometimes when I need to make food for myself I pretend like my boyfriend is also going to eat with me even if he isn't and it helps me put the effort in when I feel like I can't
When your daughter said “oh my gosh!” my heart just melted. That was the first real time I think we’ve heard her express herself with such a strong voice
Her english is very cute,i am so jealous of japanese people because its such a great country and the language and culture is so beautiul!! I wish i wouldve been japanese too.❤
@@ImaginaryIonut dawg…
@@Nettiie what?
@@ImaginaryIonut u literally said “I wish I would’ve been Japanese too” that’s a problem bro… Yes, the language and culture is beautiful but the way u worded this gives off “I love anime Japanese kawaii” type shit. It’s rlly weird
@@Nettiie im too lazy to type it properly cant be bothered, if i gave off the wrong vibes sorry.Im not trynna be clingy or one of those kawai idk whatever stuff im just sayin i love japan so much
Truffle is a type of mushroom. They're kinda rare and are considered to be a delicacy!
そうそう。トリフは地面の下でできるきのこです。見つけにくいし人工的に作れないので値段が高いの。でも美味しいね。(Just writing the above in Japanese for Imamu)
Your husband is right. The truffle mayo on potatoes would be AMAZING
And, their taste is super unique and really intense
Wrong. A truffle is not a “type of mushroom”. They are two different things. They aren’t even the same species.
@@hollydaugherty2620 nerdge. Weird thing to get heated over
I wonder if Imamu’s husband ever starts eating his lunch and a coworker realizes they watched her make it on UA-cam
🤔💭 I always wonder what his co-workers say when they sit at lunch together, I can easily imagine them taking little bets on which can guess closest to the dish lol! 😅
Or the amount of sheer jealousy as they watch Husbento open his up his box to reveal yet ANOTHER delicious looking lunch while they themselves unwrap their very sorry looking, floppy little sandwich they hurried to make themselves that very morning, the same poor little sandwich, with the same old filling as the past 6 other days of the week! The possibilities are endless 🤣
Also quick disclaimer to anyone that reads this, _this is strictly hypothesized, it's just some imaginative little scenarios/stories that my weird ass little brain comes up with!_ 🧠🤪😂
By no means *whatsoever* is this what I think actually happens, I am _certainly_ not trying to insinuate his co-workers don't eat their very own, very delicious looking lunches every single day too! So *_PLEASE_* don't take it as any other way or for any other reason than that! 💜💛
Thank you for coming to my TedTalk... 😂
@@joeypinkpants5203 Fanfiction about real people is kinda creepy.
@@lainiwakura1776 How is considering the little things in other people’s lives creepy? It’s not obsessive to be endeared by wholesome people and wonder what their life is like, it’s natural.
Why do want to shame people for appreciating the potentially nice every day things most people take for granted?
😂 good one
Mini Imamu (Minimamu, if you will) is growing up to be such a wonderful baby, and she talks so much now!
That little nickname is freaking ADORABLE! ☺😍
I cannot cope with the level of cuteness your comment holds! 😩😄
Minimamu, I- *melts from cuteness* 🫠💘
*Imamu posts *immediately drops everything to watch!! 🥹😍😇
Yeah I literally gasped and my partner was like “are you okay?!”
SAMEEEEE
Srsly I literally did the same lol 😅🤣
YES!! This!!!!!
Same lol
The “oh my gosh!” out of no where 😍😍 I feel life we’ve watched her grow up with you two 🥰
The amount of surrogate aunties and uncles that little pickle has is crazy lol. She's ADORABLE!! ☺ She is growing up so so fast, and before our very eyes like you said! 💛
( _OBVIOUSLY_ I mean this is exclusively *online only* before someone takes it wrong and says otherwise _there is ALWAYS one..._ )
She no longer sounds like a baby...
Aww I remember when your daughter was at one point eating with her hands, now she’s using chopsticks… she’s growing so fast 🥺🥺
I haven't watched for a while but your daughter talks so much now, so cute 🥺
as a brazilian i was def not expecting to have my country referenced on your video, and for some reason i felt honored! pão de queijo is a very popular dish here! also i was slightly amused by the word 'pan' instead of 'pão' sjkhdakjsdh it was kinda cute
I'm lactose intolerant but that looks so good, want to try it
brasileiros q assistem a imamu rise!!!!!!!!!
In Japanese "pan" means bread and if I'm not mistaken it was taken from Portuguese ^^
@@PustaKaputsa Yup, back from when Portugal was Japan's only trading partner when the country isolated until the US forced them to open up.
@@lorilucena9764 tamo aquiii 🙋♀️😍
Fun fact: Here in the southeastern US, we call those shrimp sandwiches "Po' Boys"!
Also the little one freezing Pikachu cracked me up! Gosh I remember when there was no way she would be able to do that herself. Time flies!
That is def not a poboy.
This was the first time I recall seeing your daughter use chopsticks so fluently. She is growing up so fast !
I remember when your daughter was using chopsticks that were attached. I’m amazed much better she’s getting. Her English is improving so much! And I love the new word she taught you. Pine cone. So cute 🥰
The food looks delicious as always! Some tips for the donut dough: If you put a little alcohol in the dough it won't absorb the oil when deep frying. Don't worry, you won't taste the alcohol in it at the end. 😊 Also, your dough was too soft. A smaller egg or (much) more flour will do. The dough should be easy to handle. I wish good health for you and your family!
What I absolutely adore about your videos is that your food looks like it's made of love. So much care put into it! Thank you for sharing something so beautiful and special with the world :)

I am just going back for my next semester of engineering, and bought a bento box and a thermos to avoid buying lunch on campus every day and to eat less processed foods, and your videos have been even more relevant and relatable than ever recently as a result.
Poor Totoro, getting a curry bath 😂 Japanese food always looks so tasty and healthy ~
And your daughter using the chopsticks! She's almost a professional hehe~
3:52 the "oh my gosh" was so cute and unexpected 😂
You're videos give off a type of comfort you can't get anywhere else 💕💕💕
The Totoro plushie is adorable! I’d love to have one. Thanks for another great video! ❤️
"Pikachu in ice?" Favorite moment. Can't wait to give these recipes a try ❤
Aah we missed you imamuuu!!
And if you want to, try make Pão de queijo, i'm a Brazilian big fan of you and your family 💙💙
Keep going with the good work, ☺️
I'm cooking alone in my apartment while watching this and it felt like we were cooking together it was lovely
I want to eat mama Imamu's food! Including the seafood, even though I'm not a huge fan of it. Everything she makes looks so good!
He calls her "Imamu room" and she calls him "Husbento" on their videos. Ugghh so cute! 😍
This is my comfort channel, and everything in these videos is perfect. The vibe, the music, the things you cook, anything. Thank you so much, Imamu, these videos are so nice they could move me to tears :')
Thank you because of you I’m going to be changing my lifestyle and eating a lot healthier that’s so many awesome recipes and I would love for these to be in a cookbook of some kind even if it’s electronic one the name of the book to be let’s survive another week I know they are so many people who would totally buy it.
Such a good idea! I know I’d buy it :)
I'm watching your videos for 2 years now and everytime it makes me so happy to see how much your daughter has grown since 🥺❤️
You are so creative. I don't think I've seen you make the same exact bento twice.
That shrimp sandwich looked so good! I'm going to have to try that.
The recipe is actually so practical and warm. Just to think about it gives a sense of warmth.
Beautifully prepared meals for husbento as usual Imamu! So loving your vlogs🥰
I saw a trick, if you put something you’ve just fried onto aluminum foil after frying it will keep it from steaming.. like on the parchment paper. The aluminum foil will keep your fried item nice and crispy and will not “weaken” 😊
Hope you see this and I hope you give it a try!
It sure does, that's also why loads of people that use slow cookers will put meat (or what ever dish or food item they choose) and they will then make some medium or maybe larger sized... _(depending on size of the cooker they use)_ ... roughly hand-scrunched up tin foil balls to line the bottom of the slow cooker to try and prevent a dish going off course and they absolutely nail it 99.9999% of the time! 🤯❤🧡💛💚💙💜🖤
@@joeypinkpants5203 No, the scrunched foil is simply to fill space and elevate the meat. The foil is not magically changing anything.
That’s not true. Foil still creates steam, which is what makes something lose crispness. Avoiding steam is done by using a cooling rack and paper towels to help absorb any steam/moisture.
Your videos are so satisfying and calming. I've had a really stressful couple of weeks and taking the time to watch and enjoy this was just what I needed. You're doing a great job - thank you for sharing your lovely food with us all. X
Yes, that's why they say the kitchen is the heart of the house.
I love watching you and your family interact. You are all so wholesome :)
I get SOO many good ideas for lunches from your videos. Love the simplicity and creativity!
Your daughter reminds me so much of my little girl at that age. It makes my heart smile.
How you prep and come up with your final presentation of your bento dish is really inspiring and it's so cute everytime you say "Husbento"😍Watching here from Manila, Philippines 💕
These videos really help me make ideas when making my brothers' bento! Dude still hasn't realized it isn't our mother who makes it since we both wake up earlier than him.
Awww you are too adorably sweet ☺️
19:15 as a brazilian, I say that your channel inspires a lot, I always think of some adaptations of japanese cooking and I'm super glad to see the inverse 😂😊
BR too, the game changer for me in japanese culinary was Tamago Fwa Fwa, I saw it on the documentary Japanology here in YT; it's a fluffy egg (beaten on handmixer), you cook on a broth with the lid on, and it turns into a egg cloud - great for cold days. As I do lowcarb I have that for breakfast when I'm tired of eggs and bacon.
Congrats on the new camera format 🎊🎉🎊
Just love watching you cook like most of us in the kitchen. Especially the moments with your family! With much appreciation, California 🥰
Did I ever mention that thanks to you I now can easily cut cabbage? 😂 Thank you so much, as always, I enjoyed the video! 💕
I love your sense of humor. Fun to watch you work for your family. Thanks!
Your daughter is so adorable. I simply loved Fridays Bento. Very inspiring video. Thank you very much.
The new angles were so cool!!! Also you know a meal is good when there's little chatter, amazing upload 💕
Imamu, if you were to produce a cook book, I would absolutely buy it 🙏😊
Love your new video quality as well as the new different camera angles in the kitchen! Feels so realistic and I can relate as a wife when cooking ♥️
I tried your soft-boiled egg technique and it worked! Thanks Imamu! I can now have the perfect soft-boiled egg when I need it
I love how honest your husband is, the family dinners and snacks are so fun to watch 😁
Watching this for bento inspiration.. and I really like the wholesomeness of the family. Thank you Imamu room
I love your videos ❤️ it’s the only cooking videos my husband will actually watch with me. So always looking forward to seeing your uploads! Hope your family and you are continuing to do well!! Much love!!
I'm for sure making a few of these soon for my husband. Thank you for these videos. They have been helping me a lot through the tough days
I love watching you cook, you have SO MANY RECIPES! Also I love watching hing you eat with your family, your daughter is very sweet and you all seem like nice people 🤗🤗🤗
my fav cooking channel! love all your videos have a great weekend
I’ve struggled with anxiety and chronic stress pretty badly over the past few months and your videos always make me feel so calm and relaxed. Thank you for what you do.
I can't believe how much your daughter seems to have grown up over the summer! Seeing her mastering her curry noodles with chopsticks was awesome!
I absolutely love these videos. They are so soothing, and a lot of these recipes look delicious!
The food looks delicious as always! And the little rock-paper-scissors match was so cute!
カレーうどん作ってみた!とろとろカレーにごろごろのレンコンがよく合ってすごく美味しかったです
レシピだけじゃなくて、調理の様子や微笑ましい家族の光景に癒されてます
ありがとう!
Ooooh, I will definitely have to try and recreate those Curry noodles, they look so delicious 😍 And my family would probably love them, too.
Thanks for always sharing such great cooking inspiration!
Ham tamagoyaki! When I make tamagoyaki I add a slice of ham and/or slices of grape tomatoes. The egg, ham, and tomatoes make such a lovely combination.
your videos bring me so much joy and comfort, also your daughter is adorable 🥺💛
I love your videos/ channel! It always makes my day a little brighter when a new one comes out. Thank you so much for such work the world needs more positive people!
Thank you for letting me into your week, I enjoyed watching you shop, cook and enjoy your family.😊

Yay! I love the humor of your videos. I look forward to them!
Your daughter's chopstick skills are improving so fast! It's so cute.
I love that you show that even when there are little mishaps or mistakes, it doesn't have to ruin the meal. Just find a way to go with it.
I love these videos! They really inspire me to try different things in my work lunchboxes and when cooking for my family.
So many new changes for the family! Hoping all of your new ventures are successful! You have a beautiful family.
Your videos are some of my favourites. I just love the athomsphere and I always get so much inspiration to finally try different lunches for work. Also the "oh my gosh" was so cute 😆
Oh my gosh, you are a rockstar in the kitchen. And your editing skills are spectacular. All the little notes and recipes and tangents, it was great to watch. Thank you!
Every time I see you cook something, I immediately want to try to cook them. Those curry noodles looked amazing!
And every house should have curry roux. 😁
I was surprised by the Brazilian Pão de Queijo. I didn't expect to see it in this video.
ahh yes just all around good vibes 🫶 your videos bring me so much comfort 💗💗
this def motivates me to get up & start the day
The happy family makes me so happy!! I started making some of these recipes! I LOVE THIS CHANNEL! ♥️♥️
Watching your video’s always puts a smile on my face. Totoro’s visit to the curry hot spring 😆. Your humor is great, and so are your husbentos. I’m looking forward to the next video.😁

Always happy to see another Imamu room video on my feed, thank you for posting!
Those curry udon noodles are the stuff of dreams! I definitely gotta try that recipe... thank you for another wonderful video!
Imaaaaamuuuuu i love your video’s sooo much! I started watching when we just got our kitchen and when i was a disaster at cooking, you made everything look so simple and now i make such nice meals! Thank you so much ❤️
I've been watching your videos for years now, and tonight I decided to make one of your recipes. I cooked the curry udon for my family, and we loved it! Thank you for sharing your recipes with us. ❤
Watching your videos always brings a smile to my face. Keep up the great work! :D
Imamu you're the besssttt home cheff ever !!! You bring so much joy and so many smiles to our face ! Thank you ! I was having a bad day but you cheered me up ! ありがとうございます!

All so yummy and look so beautiful when plated! Well done!🥰
Watching the doughnut eating and accompanying chatter made me so happy for some reason, imamu room family is just adorable ☺️ thank you for sharing 😄
I just adore the Totoro with his little leaf umbrella!! Still one of my fave movies even after 30 years ( but not with the newer Disney dubbing!). Also, always love when I see a new one of your videos come up on my feed. THANK YOU FOR ALL YOU DO!!
So glad to see this! I too tend to yelp a bit when i see a new video from you. Love the Totoro doll!
This is just my theraphy *exhales gently*
I love your videos so much! Makes my day when I see them ❤️ Thank you for the free serotonin ^.^
I really enjoyed the new video. Also, congratulations to your daughter on using adult chopsticks, I seem to remember she was using the kids helper ones before.
Honestly first video of yours I’ve seen but it genuinely seems so sweet to me how you make him bento for the week like idk maybe it’s just because I’m not used to seeing Japanese things all that often aside from my grandmother in the US but it just screams love to me. My Bachan was the only one who ever made me bento boxes so I guess I just associate bento with love.
Ahh yes! I'm ways so inspired by your videos! And in awe of your cooking skills!
Looks delicious as always-
and a lovely family as always.
Melts my heart. 🕊🧡🕊
