Welcome to another episode of Pack My Husband’s Lunch! This week we made some of my classic go-to dishes and also tested some recipes for something super exciting, my brand!!!

We started off the week with a classic Filipino dish, Chicken Adobo! On Tuesday, I tested a recipe for Golden Spicy Fried Rice and Soy Glazed Popcorn Tofu. On Wednesday, I made my 20-minute Scallion Chicken and Garlic Bok Choy. We finished the week off with Soy Sauce Noodles along with some Spicy Pan-Fried Soy Sauce Chicken that I will be included in my special FREE e-book!

Opppsss… authentic Filipino adobo is marinated for at least 1 day… it absorbs the flavor & cook in low heat slowly till meat is tender. Your tofu is worth trying 😊

Hi Tiffy! I am a Filipino. Thank you for featuring Chicken Adobo. Traditionally, we only cook it with lots of garlic but adding white onion also adds additional sweetness. I really enjoy watching your videos. If I dont have any recipe for the day, I always look for inspiration from your videos.

Dom has a microwave at work but you can warm it up in the morning and use an insulated container!
