It’s time to Pack My Husband’s Lunch again! It has been a super busy time for Dom, so I thought I’d make some of his favorite dishes this week to brighten up his workday.
We are starting off the week strong with some Black Pepper Chicken paired with delicious Broccoli. On Tuesday, I used up the leftover vegetables in my fridge and made Vegetable Chow Mein paired with the BEST Sticky Honey Glazed Shrimp. Wednesday, we made his favorite, CRISPY Pork Belly Kimchi Fried Rice paired with Spinach Salad. And we ended the week with a Creamy Coconut Chicken, which Dom has been craving!

It’s only the two of them so she’s cooking dinner and packing his lunch from that. Nothing extraordinary about that. I did it for 30 years for my hubby.

My boyfriend is having a very frustrated week at work. He usually works remotely, but today I got the rare occasion of packing him a lunchbox. I just wanted to make sure that he can at least enjoy his lunch break amidst everything that is going on. I made the honey glazed shrimp, garlic green beans and egg fried rice. I am amazed how easy and delicious it is. Just got a list of messages on how he loved everything in the lunchbox. It made my day. 😁 Thanks for such easy and great recipes. ❤

Your thoughtfulness is rare in a world full of selfish people who are me me me, you are always about making sure you don't step on others feet. You're one in a million. That stems to parents who love having a child like you, coworkers who love having a coworker like you and so on. Even us random strangers appreciate how you do your videos to suit us, the public, making sure we see the quality of your ingredients and can easily replicate your recipe. It is that kind of thoughtfulness that makes us feel special to you and you to us. It is what garners LOYALTY and TRUST. It's magic and you've got it.

I think it's refreshing to see a woman that enjoys cooking for her spouse. We don't see that anymore. Everyone's so focused on getting the bag, that we are starting to let go of our core values. This is so inspiring.

I've been Paleo for almost a year, and it's always a joy to come across "accidental" Paleo recipes - your Creamy Coconut Chicken is one of them and I'm obsessed (I only substitute the rice with cauliflower rice). The noodle recipe was so easy to follow. I had something called broccoli slaw I used instead of cabbage, cut up some green onions, and slow roasted pork belly with BBQ sauce in the air fryer. For the sauce, I didn't have honey so I used Hosin sauce, garlic, red pepper flakes soy sauce and a dash of chicken broth. My man really liked it, and asked if I could get him a "dope lunch box and chop sticks" so he could really show off, thought it was really cute. It did taste just like takeout, but less oily and I didn't feel "bad" afterwards. thank you for sharing! ♥🌹
