FIgured it out. Folks if you're using evee, switch around the Glass and Transparent BSDF in the bottom nodes (the ones you copied), ensure you enable screen space refractions and half res tres in the material tab, ensure you also click Raytrace Refractions and change the Blend Mode and Shadow mode to both Alpha Hashed.
It works but you have to swap the plugs in the "gloss" branch.
In the mix shader, the transparent BSDF must be in the upper one and the glass BSDF in the lower one. :-)

Thank you for this! I followed the tutorial and was still getting reflections. But swapping those nodes did the trick. I'm using Eevee (because Cycles caused my computer to spontaneously combust), and it works wonderfully!
very nice tutorial except it DOES NOT work, i did exactly what you did but when moving last mix shader factor there is SOME change but in any value there are still some similar reflections of HDRI........

i have a very thin window glass..but when i make it like you it feels big. and it is not working when i object is rotating i see the hdri

I know this video is a year old, but as some people have commented; I've followed every step and my nodes look exactly like those in the video but it doesn't work; literally doesn't do any difference. Not sure what's going on
