Great work, but you have avoided many essential parts like rack mounting and the use of a rack mount patch panel. These best practices help with troubleshooting, upgrading, and even repurposing. Additionally, the slack when unshielding the cable is too much, leading to less tolerance to interference

Thank you. You used blue bluewhite, orange orangewhite for the punch, but the end of cable with RJ11 going to pbx switch is blue bluewhite and green greenwhite. ?

Thanks for the observation. My handsets am using are Single line telephones which require just the stripped blue + solid blue to communicate.
When wiring for Consoles and key Telephones, you would need the 2 pairs where you must strictly use either the blue pair and green at both ends or the blue and orange at both ends.

You are very observant. I used Single line telephones all through my setup and they require just the blue blue to communicate.
If i need to use a Console telephone or a Key phone, it would require having the blue pair and orange pair at both ends or blue and green at both ends.

Good morning I would like you to help me configure my VoIP of my broadbanned on my IP phone. I recently purchased a Cisco IP phone model 7821 It uses an internet cable not the old analog rj11 port. Can you help me with the IP address system and how to configure this for me to be able to make phone calls on my new ip phone.
