Good tutorial you are doing. I'm truly learning a lot from them. Please how can I program or grant access to a handset (Panasonic) in the control room to be able to call outside line then connect to another handset in the building. Please a video on this. I love your videos.
Thank you Sir.if I suggest maybe at the end,you advise on type of phones and pbx switch (at least basic features required)one has to buy ..This content is simply ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
The cable that you plugged to line 1 port, where is the other end connected to? If one handset is called and there is a need to transfer the call to the other handset, how will that setup be? Thanks for your great videos 👍
The other end goes to the telephone line company through their cables that are hunged on Poles, some going through underground ducts till it gets to their premises. Thesame setup helps in transferring the calls, I showed how the call transfer is done in this video
When u remove RJ11 cable from the single line téléphone and connected to the PBX,where was the other terminal of that same cable going to? because I believe you disconnected the single line téléphone and yet you still made a call
The cable i removed came from a Public telephone land line company which gave us a Land line for making and receiving outside calls. As i removed that cable and placed into my PBX, that simply means am transferring that public line into my pbx. Please go through the video again and you would have more understanding.
How can the extension make local calls directly? Is there anything needed to dial first? Already set up our unit, but extension could not make local calls.
The system comes with a default extension number to which outside line calls come to, but you can also transfer to your preferred extension through system programming.
Is it only me that didn't get it!!!! The RJ11 that u unplugged from the public telephone, where is it coming from??? I really thank you for your videos🙏🙏
@abassembatya In such a case you will take a cable out from the router in which the sim is placed and input into the Line port of the pbx switch. There is an upcoming video on using wireless terminals having sim cards as Outside lines
The cable you disconnect from the telephone and connected it to Co line 1 were did other end was connected..that makes the call transferrable to the white telephone.
1. It can do outside calls. 2. It is facilitated by the public telephone line that is incorporated into the pbx system. 3. Yes you will be billed by the public telephone line company whose line you incorporated into your pbx system. You can even use a mobile number through a SIM card
If you need just the public telephone line, you can just connect your telephone handset to the public line cable directly, if i understand your question. Please let me know if i have provided the answer you are looking for, if not please clarify the question so i can answer.

You need to check the manual of your brand to know the CO line access code. Some machines use 9, but your brand will specify the code.
@@Tech_Inside_Outplease can u make a video on this?
