    Thank you Paula! This felt amazing is much needed for my body. After years of sitting at a desk, it is hard for me to open my chest and I have very tight quads. No backbends and no camel pose for me. I had to modify the quad stretch (would you call that a reclining hero pose?) to do only one leg at a time, but thank you for showing us that tip! I just saw another one of your videos where you did something similar and I was amazed that I could do this. It’s hard, but I think this is finally a way for me to get a good long stretch…thank you so much! The whole practice was great!

    Sorry Paula, find this a really difficult class……just couldn’t get comfy……probably just my state of mind……wasn’t enjoying it like the rest of your other classes. Will give it another go and hopefully I’ll get a different result 😕
