Wow what an amazing trancing sequence I totally zoned out woth the breathing I feel so relaxed like high feeling actually.....totally my PNS is at ease.....
Who can hold in those two positions for that long? My toes were hurting when I was doing that second excercise, and I am someone who is young and is doing yoga, running etc. I can't imagine how hard it is for someone out of shape. How can I concentrate when I feel pain and discomfort?
Laura Stobbart It is a good pose to keep in rotation in your practice. I found it helped a lot with a fussy tendon in my big toe. You gain more flexibility the more you complete the pose. Good luck.

Whoa, that toe stretch was pretty intense for me! I came out of that pose at least 5x to tap out the tops of my feet. Great stretch, nevertheless! Thanks, Paula! I feel great! Even my toes!
Hi , is it normal that the armstretch (16 minutes) is more stretch in elbow than in breast. Also my knee from the leg that goes over is feeling strange. What do you suggest. ?
Try keeping your arm straight rather than bending at the elbow and see if that helps - and with the knee, keep it bent but resting down on the ground in front of you rather than taking it behind the body. See how you go and I hope that helps :)

Lovely practice, I always find I can't concentrate at the start of a yin class, but melt into it by the end
