I agree the channel needs a host, he/she will not be as polished and funny as Sonny but someone needs to eat and describe the taste and textures.

Tbh I usually watch UA-cam while I'm doing other stuff. That's to say I'm mostly listening to UA-cam. So Sonny not being in video is not a big problem. The only difference is he usually describe the food then eats it. Here, he's just describing, which is still cool

It’s good but not the same with out sonny actually being in it, the man is the show his facial expressions and body language the witty jokes the simple interactions between sonny and people in general is priceless hence why his channel is doing so well 👌🙏

These videos are so well produced. They’ve got the show’s personality down to a point where hearing sunny is good enough. Respectfully, Indian cuisine is so diverse it speaks for itself. This channel is genius and hopefully allows opportunities for creators in India to gain experience and make money.

As an Indian, I seldom eat out at restaurants… maybe once or twice a year. Even at special events like weddings/cultural events, etc I don’t eat the “unhealthy” fried or high fat foods they offer. I stick to the simple foods if I must eat at special events.
My parents raised us this way, they didn’t eat out except for a couple times over the summer holidays.
I know I’m probably the few Indians who don’t eat Indian sweets. They’re just toooooo sweet.

Sonny is the only channel that don't intentionally belittle Indian food as gross and unhygenic i seen. Most other video short i saw from other channel intentionally made and chose where the food look unhygenic and dirty so it can draw more interaction from viewer.
