It's very easy to make and you'll get most of those chutneys at your local foreign food products and goods store as well. Where ever you are.

Those Paan's are a very strong flavour. Foreigners who want to try it can, but be warned. It's an intense flavour. Get one between 2 or 3 people before attempting the whole thing. And Paan needs to be eaten in one go.

Chapati is not made on in tandoor. Its made on a flat griddle called Tava.
In North India it's called Roti.
If it's made in tandoor it's called Tandoori Roti. Tandoori Roti like all Tandoori breads are all leavened breads while Tava Roti/Chappati is not leavened.

I like the videos, I love India. I love Indian food more than anything. However, I do feel like it's missing It's certain little gusto magic genesequa we need sunny, he makes the show.
Nihari is my absolute favorite desi food, I've only eaten the Bengali one though, the one that has bone marrow in it. A bit odd to call it "junk food" though, would you call Ossubocu a junkfood?

Sonny, these videos are not working. Youre not in them and you are what makes your show great. Outsourcing the footage and doing voiceover is really lame. I get that you want to scale your business but that is not the way. Gradually introduce a new host or something that people like for this channel, then have them take over. Theres gotta be some great personalities/youtubers in India you could work with that are also enjoyable to watch.

Delhi food has become worse over the years. The food has become extra spicy causing various digestion problems. Further use of extra cream and butter has caused weight and cholesterol related issues specially in Delhi. Recently visiting Maharashtra I realised how the food can be made tasty without adding extra Chillies and butter or cream
