What you probably don't know: In this music video Kalle gathered his friends like "Sterzik" (famous Streamer and UA-camr), "Shurjoka" (Streamer, UA-camr and Kalle's girlfriend), "PowerOfEvil" (professional League of Legends player who played at World Championships twice), and many more stars of the German or Spandauer (Spandau is a city part of Berlin) streaming group 😁
So Kalle basically made the music video together with friends and this makes it even cooler. 😜

Awesome reaction as always. I just wanna share a beautiful story about one stage tech.
So, yesterday (May 2nd), I was attending a Nile show in my hometown (Zagreb, Croatia). As I approached the venue, I saw George Kollias (Nile's drummer and one of the main reasons why I play drums) having a smoke at the side (artist's) enterance of the venue. Sadly, I had a red light, and couldn't ran over a eight-lane avenue. While I was waiting for the green light, he finished having a smoke and returned to backstage, but the side doors remained opened, while opening acts had a soundcheck and techs were moving back and forth around the tour bus that was parked like 10 feet away. So, I plucked up the courage and asked one of the tech guys if he could tell George to come back to the side doors just for a few seconds and take a pic with me. The tech said: "I'll try, but can't guarantee it." I thought: "Ok, I tried"... Maybe 5 minutes later, he returned with George, took a pic of us, and handed me a setlist for the evening. I was mesmerised. Both of them were such legends. After the concert, I tried to find the tech and buy him a beer, but sadly couldn't find him. My man, if you ever read this, thank you from the bottom of my heart, you made my ultimate dream come true. I know that it's very hard to fulfill wishes like these to a random fan, as you work on a very tight schedual.

This has become by far the best Reaction channel i have ever seen. The amount of extra Info you put on Screen and your personality are just next Level compared to some of the Rest. Some get close to you but your at the Top for me (and then there is the other excellent content!).
This is my 1st time hearing of Kalle as well as hearing his own music. Melody wise, it sounds similar to Callboy's Spaceman but rightfully so cause it's a total rave-style song. Funny music vid too. Def gonna check out more!

Your German is getting better and better, and I think it's great that you show an interest in our language! And you're mostly right about the "Digga" part too, it's true that it means something like "mate" and became more popular from the 1990s onward through hip-hop music, but it is a lot older. Couldn't find out its origins, but I learned that back in the 1950s Hamburg football legend Uwe Seeler was called "Digger" by his teammates and his wife :D

Awesome video, i respect you very much for learing how to speak german. I had a tough time learning it too since i moved to Germany a few years ago, what really helped me was the friends i made at school and to not be shy to just talk even if you make mistakes.
The way you pronounce "Kalle" is just so funny to me... it sounds almost like the word "Kelle" which is a ladle in German! Now I can't get "Suppenkellen-Kalle" out of my head! XD
As a German who recently fiund your Channel, i must say there need top BE more coverage of the German Music in the US.
Digger is basically a slang version of "Dicker" (usually a big/overweight guy). In some cases its something you would say to a friend, I guess the closest translation in terms of meaning would be "dude"
One more thing, I think Kalle has great friends who have enabled him to do (or produce) something that he enjoys, regardless of sales and profit. and you can kinda feel it.

Edit: Might sound silly, but I looove that you get so much support from fellow Germans all over social media. I sometimes forget that not everyone is as miserable as the people who surround me on a daily basis. I really need to get out of my small town and into the creative community more. Concerts and music are the only opportunity I get to meet likeminded people right now. Here a rough translation of the chorus:
"Ich bin Renter." = I am a retiree.
"Früher war das immer so." = It has always been this way. (a phrase often used by old people to justify not changing something)
"Scheiß auf Zukunft." = Fuck the future (More acurately Take a shit on the future)
"Da bin ich doch eh schon tot." = By then I will be dead anyway (reference to how a lot of old people do not care about what happenes in the future because they wont be alive at that point)
"Ich bin Renter."
"Mir gehört der ganze Park." = The entire park belongs to me. (Old people will look at you angrily if you are sitting on a park bench when they want to sit down, even worse if you dont get up and offer them your seat)
"Doppelherz, Doppelkorn." = Double heart, double corn (Doppleherz is a brand of pharmaceuticals while Dopplekorn is alcohol)
"Jetzt mach ich die Nacht zum Tag" = Now I will turn the night to day (basically saying he will party so hard the night will feel like day)

For me personally, döp döp is a more raw celebrational outlet of emotion than "la la" or "na na". And I think it sounds German and feels more German, because it ends with a consonant :D

5:58 It's a common thing in the german EDM/Rave scene. You may know the band scooter and their hilarious songs like "How much is the fish?", H.P. Baxxter (Scooter) who was the first and maybe is the only MC (Master of Ceremony) on Rave and Hardcore EDM sang Dööp in "Maria (i like it loud)". The Band had their first breakthrough 94/95 with the single "Hyper Hyper". (You understand what's going on here right?) That's why many Electric Callboy fans demanded a Scooter Version of "Hypa Hypa". Ok you already know that.. i get it. 😅

"Digga" is kind of saying "dude" but in an even more common way, I'd say.
Even refugees coming here, especially in the last few years, have been picking that word up quickly, because it's heard everywhere and its usage is frequent (plus it's easy to pronounce compared to many other words with basically the same meaning).
Most intensely though, in the hip hop/rap scene.
I was surprised to this on your channel, although it's not usually my kind of music, that went hard and the lyrics are fucking funny as well :D

His name is Pascal, which is why "Kalle" is pronounced Callah . It's just a nickname for Pascal. Putting an "e" an "i" or an "o" (Benni or Benno for example for Ben, Janni or Janne for Jannik, Basti for Sebastian or Bastian, Sigi for Sigrid) at the end of a nickname is quite popular in Germany.
