I love how her videos are educational
In my 30’s I heard about this but didn’t take it seriously. Now I do in my 50’s. I have recently followed and done your exercises and seen noticeable differences almost immediately. My family have commented, and they didn’t know I have been working on my face. Thanks hun, keep doing what you do x
I’m guessing this doesn’t work if you have had facial paralysis that did not fully heal?? I need my upper lip to work so I can smile more but it barely moves so I guess my nerves are not attached to it. (1 year Bell’s palsy only 40% healed)
What if I have an upper lip that is too short and causing gummy smile and even sometimes feel my lip touches my nose ! Is there a solution for this?
Am confused..thought you said not to exersize 1 muscle at a time..but this exercise is one muscle???..or is it..
How many times do you recommend we do this?
You need to read the instructions given to you in Peta' s detail box. You need to do a full face routine to see results. Otherwise you run the risk of plateau.
