    This is a good one Peta- three years ago couldn't see my nostrils from the front.... dreaded nose droop. Now it is higher, been doing for 3 years. My whole face is remarkably lifted, mouth corners up not down any more, jowls gone. I've gone from looking awful at 55 to really good at 58. Thanks Peta. You are the best!

      Hi Anna , my name is Peta Dwyer (not to be confused with our Peta) and I am a member of her Facerobics Gym.No we can't change the program, we must only do the exercises in that series, must not add to or take away from the program, follow it exactly for amazing results.     I ve used you ideas to reshape my nose as it was going to one side and closing my nostril so I couldn't breath properly , so glad you brought this out , thanks for all your help 😊💕👍💗love your channel.

    Good evening I'm a bit confused.Im doing at the moment Series 6 so do I follow the nose exercise in series 6 or do I change it to this excercise.I love your Excercises and start to see a change after series5.Thanx so much.Regards.

    2 questions
    I am doing 50 reps and 20 sec 7 times a week what am i doing wrong? should i do only 5 times a week ?
    2. If i got the nose what i want then in maintain exercise should i flare my nostrils ? If i flare them then my nostril starts getting bigger as you said in old video what should i do pls help
    My english is not good if you understand pls answer 🙏

    Peta I have a question for you. Is it ok to do only series 1-3 and not 4-6! 4-6 is really hurting my fingers? 1-3 is great I don't have a problem when I get to 4-6 my fingers hurt all the time! I just wondered if I was able to do that! Have a great week Peta!!😀💖

    does this exercise help in fixing an asymmetrical nose?

      Yes it does Aimee, but wont help a hooked nose.

    Hi PETA, I love the program!
    Do you specifically address the horizontal line some of us have across the bridge of the nose?
    I’m a gym member, and the exercises work if you do them, everybody!

    Hi peta! Are your nose exercises for all ages? I’m 18 and I don’t like the way my nose looks lol. I’ve heard great things about your exercises and am really eager to try them out

      hI aimee, as long as you only do 50 repetitions a day and no more. If you do more you will ruin the shape of your nose.

    I have Droopy septum it looks good from the side View but Infront it's so droopy...🥹I don't like it
