    Thank you my sweetheart Peta, haven't missed an update of yours. 8 years doing facerobics, 8 years actually of miracles on my 60 year old face😊. And now in 1 week will be on series5 so I am reviewing the exercises and saw this update which I have missed 6 months ago.How could I have missed?? when you uploaded it.?     Hi beautiful Peta, you just said in the coments that to complete the whole program it woul take 42 weeks , which means 7 weeks and not 6 weeks for each series. I am a little bit confused now. Could you please clarify a little bit more.

      yes, as mentioned below, you take a week off between series to learn the new series by learning one exercise a day. When you have learned them, combine them into a routine by starting at the forehead and ending with the neck.

    After the blink, when I lift the eyelid, I feel like I just lift it half way. Should I try to put more effort in the lift, to open up my eyes more?

    If you have dry eyes will this still work if you don’t blink but keep the eyelid closed and press? Love your channel thank u for all your instruction

      Hello love, you cant do seperate exercises or add exercises to series, otherwise you could be over exercising.

    I don't have double eyelids. I only have small crease of eyelids. Is this exercise can help me get bigger crease?❤

    I think I missed it but how many times should I blink? Is there anything I should do to keep the results? Btw even after one use this really helped my eyes!! I can already see the results !! You’re the best ㅠㅠ It’s my biggest insecurity 😭

      You need to do a full face program to keep the results, and wont sag. Check her playlist to see how facerobics work.

      Hello, just place your concentration to the side of your face that is droopy and do the exercises as normal.
