    I tried it today and was pleased by the garlicky intensity. This is a version for garlic lovers; it's time to liberate ourselves from the limits imposed by tradition.😆 As for chili pepper, I used just two peperoncini, and I found this already spicier than what you would associate with Italian cuisine, and peperoncini are not particularly spicy chili peppers. It wasn't too spicy for me, to be sure, but I think a more moderate spiciness suits this dish better, next time I'll use one.

    It looks delicious, I will have to try this! 🤤I must say, I applaud you for the enormous amount of garlic you use! This is much better than the two or three cloves of garlic usually suggested by the recipes.😁 Of course, what's modern about this, is that you put the garlic and the peperoncino into a blender, only keeping some sliced garlic aside for the topping. Also not quite traditional the colatura di alici... But I like anchovies, so it would be a nice to have. But very hard to find if you're not living in Campania.😢

And yes, colatura di alici adds a unique touch but usually I would add anchovies or anchovy paste to my pasta dish too. I'm a big fan of anchovies too!     Well as an Italian (real Italian, writing this from Friuli - Venezia Giulia lol) I find this way better than the original, pretty boring in my opinion, version, one could make that garlic cream americans do for their garlic bread by slowly cooking garlic in olive oil but this is quicker, I might start making aglio olio e peperoncino again with this one hahah

    Very nice effort you put in your recipe 🎉 thank you.
    In my opinion you fry or sizzle a lot, too much. Try less frying, and then your sauce will be lighter‼️✔️

    Actually very nice video. Couple of tips. Your subtitles go by way too quickly, much too quick to read. And they are tiny. I realize you want to get some sentences in there, so you shrunk the font so small it's like little ants in relation to the size of the video. Very difficult on the brain and eyes to enjoyabley and successfully process your subtitles. Other than that, for a little guy with not many viewers, this was actually a high quality video, and high quality recipe! Good lighting, good close ups. Good lesson of a proper high-end meal.

    Aglio olio e peperoncino not "peppericino" 😂 and there must be a harmony with those 3 ingredients, not only garlic; and as the name say, aglio (garlic) olio (oil) peperoncino (spicy pepper) are the 3 only ingredient, not parsley needed.........
