Thank you for your videos it got me started with peek a boo and it makes my day better every chance i get to practice please keep up the good work. Thank you!
Another amazing and educational video. I was having trouble getting in to let my combos go I realized I was missing the part where I come in behind my jab with responsible defense but also pacing myself and getting at the right range thanks again 💪
I hope to see some full round sparring sessions from you and your guys in the future. We all know how Mike looks in sparring but I'd like to see how other guys implement this style too.
Another banger. Thank you and even as an experienced fighter and coach, its great to always revisit the fundamentals. Please drop.that day #2 etc!!! Looking every day in hopes u drop that next.
Hey Carter, I have been watching many of your videos and I am very impressed with you not just as a coach but as a man. I like the fact that you are not just interested in teaching these skills but about making sure that it is done in a way that upholds the confidence in those you teach. I do have a question. What about the Peekaboo style for southpaws?
Correct if i’m wrong but i noticed George being a bit more bladed when actually moving around the ring and only bringing his foot with him to be squared so he can slip and come with hooks. But he isn’t in the traditional peekaboo stance all the time.
I recently sparred someone who was way taller then me so it's like the universe spoke to you to make this video just for me to see it 😅😂. But what he always got me with was his left uppercut . Everything I slipped and ducked under to set up my uppercut he was way faster and beat me to it. Will defenetly practice this thanks a lot
bro i had the exact problem. i fought a guy with over 15cm taller than me(ofc he was not in my weight division). i couldnt even touch him cause of his long reach. in the 2nd round i grazed him in the 3rd i hit him but if we counted points i wouldve definitely lost
@@Amit-hb9exNo other advice than keep at it, it gets easier every day. Your body is not used to using these muscles yet. Footwork can be practiced anywhere, at anytime. Even when it’s slow at work, I use that time to practice footwork and continue to increase my balance.
@@Amit-hb9ex start with bodyweight squats and lunges (as shown before on the channel) to strengthen and condition yourself. You can do them every other day. Do give your body a day to recover. You grow when you rest. Good luck!

George moves so well, much better than I’d expect him to. I know he’s said he took many years off. Seems like he shook that rust off pretty quickly.
Right I’m sure he can whoop most ppl watching this video even me 😂
Like riding 🚲
Trained people get in shape quicker than untrained people because of muscle memory.
@ woooow damn that’s a damn good point I never thought of that 💪🏾 I wondered how Tyson always was in shape no matter what the skills look like

@@TheMagnificent1903 George didn’t do the Cus style but this advice is still useful 🥊
Can you make a video explaining how to work on power and how to have the proper footing to maximize power, please?
Why don’t you just go to a boxing gym and learn that
Me encantan tus videos, deberías traducirlos al español. Saludos 🤜🏾🤛🏾🤝🏾

If you ever come to Greece or have an instructor here, let me know, fascinating stuff.
That corner my guy was talking about, looks lke the same spot where tyson knocked out frazier.

Thanks for the video! Hey Carter, which boxing gloves are best for the peek-a-boo style?
I want to start learning peek-a-boo from scratch from where should I start?
By driving to Catskill New York and getting trained at this gym.
His video "day 1 of training" its excellent.
Needed this
Could I ask a question why does my legs and my feet get so tired
When using the style
your legs arent strong enough yet, look at tyson he had huge legs cause the style relies on it so much
Same for me any advice for improving it?
