I love your videos! ❤❤ your voice is clear and calming. You dont seem to mind going back to basics and detailing the purpose and reason for positions. I never get the feeling that youre talking down to me. Your confident and trustworthy, its obvious you enjoy your work. Youre an excellent instructor!

Your videos by far have the best clarity and key details right now for boxing videos. will look into the Skool community forum. Many thanks from across the pond (USA).

and its good to keep the elbows on the front of your body to keep tight so you can turn and punch faster on the axis of rotation. and makes your right hand quicker to throw as the elbow is further forward.

Liver shots are the worst. I ate a brutal one many years ago when I first started boxing. Prior to experiencing it myself, whenever I would hear my more advanced training partners go on about how bad they are, I thought they were exaggerating and just trying to screw with me. Boy was I wrong. It’s such a sickening feeling; one that needs to be experienced in order to fully appreciate just how incapacitating it is, as words can’t do it justice. I’d take a clean shot to the face over a powerful liver shot any day

Good you also need to but you're left shoulder a bit up and be heavy on you're back foot not the lead thats the base stance you can change the weight when you punch or in difrent situations and
    tactics
