Also another great feature is integration with P2Atc. The notifications page shows the ATC communications and suggested responses to it, very useful to practice phraseology ATC communications
I've grown into this program quite a bit, over the last couple years. It started out slow and with a lot less features but it has come quite far since then. Good to see the developer putting this much effort into a piece of software.

It also works very well in VR. I can position sky4sim wherever I want in the cockpit and I never see any performance change when using it. Very smooth and well programmed.

i got the payware version so I could fly bush trips integrated with the mapping. Works flawlessly. I had been using Foreflight (which worked great, but was expensive!!!), but this does just fine!

Great app for vr but would be great to integrate with Simbrief so you could use with airliners instead of navigraph.
How "quick" is the refresh of the map after moving it a bit? (some maps ive tried are so slow, no pre-buffer or loaded nearest part of map, so it takes up to 8 sec before if you move the map unti it shows). Also, how big of a fps hit is it? Will performance in game be worse when having the sky4sim up and running? Any reports of problems, ctd's etc?
Does it support IFR flight plans import and export side and stars included ?
Once you install in sim, how can you connect it to use on an iPad? Thanks
I can't get it to show ILS freq's for any airport, guessing it's a bug that needs updated.
I have used it for a very long time. I love how cheap it is. They could easily raise the price and be justified but they keep it cheap. I use it in VR and it is so amazing. I treat it just like it is a ipad in my airplane I am flying. I leave it over like it is attached to the side window . If they could bring in Navigraph and the airports charts it would be the greatest things.
Hello, after I installed the pad and flew with the H145, there was a CTD after a few minutes of flight. As a counter test, I then flew without the pad and the flight simulator no longer crashed. Can anyone confirm this? I will definitely continue my tests, because the idea behind the pad is great.
The bonus of this update is the integration with Pilot2ATC! Need some detailed instructional video, it can be confusing.
How do you update it to version 1.6. ? I just couldn’t do it ! I am still on 1.3 version ! 😢
i'll have to reinstall the paid version its been a awhile . it use to flash my VR headset black depending what i was using in the app. hopefully its fixed

I watched the video and and purchased the premium version, but for the life of me I can't figure out how to use it with my tablet or other networked devices. The documentation is vague at best. Could you maybe cover that in a future video?

@@OverkillSimulations I reached out to the company for support, they stated that they don't support the application over a network. Don't get me wrong the program is decent and reasonably priced, but when you described it being able to be used by more then one device on the network viewing different pages at the same time, I was all in. It appears that once apon a time they supported mobile networks, but now that is not the case. I follow you faithfully and love your content, it is really well done. I probably should have downloaded the free version first and checked it out, before purchasing. Keep up the great work and I look forward to your future video's
HAHAHA... pretty sure that flight plan would get you shot down real quick flying over DM like that. Just sayin'. I remember IRL flight coming into Tucson they called out for me to beware of some F-16s coming into DM, and my response on the fly was "they better beware of ME!" ... no sense of humor with that controller...
Really regret buying Sim-EFB, it’s positively outdated and hasn’t been enhanced. Poor Dev response on Dev forum too
