Any update on Daisy? She was the child that I felt most sorry for after what happened.
Just watched this great documentary again. Thanks for putting this out there. So glad Anthony got in. It would be great to see an update for all the kids involved in 2020.
I remember watching this with my classmates (a week ago). They all laughed at the video and called boring, and I realized that they were to ignorant to realize that they themselves were a perfect example of "drop out kids". But I thank you for sharing such amazing information and educating a young mind :)

I would love to hear an update on how the other children from the film are doing.
I'm brazilian. In Brazil, the disregard for education is very visible. I never imagined that something like this would happen in the USA. Respect for citizenship by the State is the main vector for development in a country. Education uplifts souls and saves lives.
good public schools and bad public schools differs greatly in the states.
To ShellP. If you think all of the items in the documentary are smoke and mirrors then you are the one that is fooled. Notice that none of the criticisms addressed the data that was presented. They only focused on how he reviewed successful charter schools and that he didn't "harp" on the fact that most charter schools are not successful. However he did present that statistic in his film. The only people who have negative things to say are those who are in power, namely the Teacher's Union. They also have the most to lose if things change.
