Hi Mark, I've got another issue with the bike indicating its overheating .. When idling it gets uptp three bars on the temp gauge very quickly and will then stay there, however when you take the bike on the road it will sit between 5 bars and even flashing when riding very steady. Apart from the temperature the bike seems very responsive and no issues at all. I've pulled the return pipe off the radiator and when idling you can see the water (coolant) at the pipe and when applying additional revs the water builds pressure and is clearly flowing, so i believe this would indicate the pump and thermostat should be ok as we are seeing a flow of water ? What are you thoughts on the possible issue ? I'm thinking possibly temperature sensor or blocked radiator ? I'm not sure what the water temperature should be when at three bars but when coming out it is luke warm at best i would have expected it to be significantly hotter than this at 3 bars Thanks in advance for help and looking forward to seeing the new videos.
