Do you think that compact could dig a frost protected shallow foundation? I need to level maybe a foot, and then dig a bucket wide trench 3' deep around 48x60 perimeter.. Or what size tractor?

Could it... Probably, but not efficiently. Better off renting a backhoe or mini excavator.
