    Hi! Thanks for this helpful video. I would like to ask you if the cpu is soldered on the motherboard or not. I intend to replace the CPU with an intel i5 or equivalent AMD but before proceeding to disassemble the notebook I want to understand if it is possible or not. Thank you .

      It's a laptop processor, most of these are directly soldered on. I'd advise replacing the cpu only if you know what you're doing.

      It might be possible to solder in a somewhat faster CPU than what was originally on the mobo, but the board+ Chipset has to be able to support it. As far as I know, it's just about impossible to solder an AMD CPU where an Intel was.

    Grazie a voi ho scoperto che la cover posteriore era bloccata da 4 viti di m.... sotto I piedini ed era per questo che non si apriva

    Hi... Kindly help... I have this exact model, but the power button is spoilt... Is there a way to boot up without using the power button?

      Kinda late answer but if you do manage to get the laptop to turn on, change the BIOS settings so your laptop automatically starts up when you plug in your adaptee for example.
      Other than that, I guess you could try and make the connection yourself by finding the right pins to 'jumpstart' the laptop, as if you pressed the power button.

    How did you get the cd drive out

    • @hereis_Tiff
      @hereis_Tiff 3 місяці тому +1

      CD drive is held in place with 1 of the screws on the bottom, once you've removed that screw you can slide it out
