Hard Drive Video • Computer Basics: Hard ...
A desktop computer is comprised of many diverse components. This video will identify each piece of hardware that makes up a computer. We will demonstrate how to open it up, take it apart and discuss the make up of the mother board, and then put it back together.
the wires make everything look confusing for me but when you disconnected everything, the hardware become so much nicer to look at and easier to understand

As for the sata cables and the main power cable leading to the motherboard that you removed at first. I located both of these on my computer and while holding down the tab, attempted to pull them out. I could not. The sata cable end plugged into the motherboard would not come out, i even went as far as to use plyers and even with plyers i could not remove it.
I have been looking so long for s video like this, thank you sir for posting it!

Thank You very much, Sir. Video shows clearly how to install the machine's hardware and where the connections are located on the M/B. Every application is slightly different, however the basic knowledge for this process is definitely shared and is a great foundation for a rig diy-er or tech enthusiast.
Very good explanation. I have learned something about computer assembly. When there is a problem, I can solve it. However, I still need to know more about connecting all cables. I liked your video a lot. I found it very practical and professional. Great work. A big hug, and success. Thanks a lot.

HELLO CTE! Am an avid Subscriber, you are my first 'Go to' when diagnosing PC issues! I recently built a new Computer in my old Tower with a new Raidmax Vampire 1000W 80 Plus Gold Power Supply, an MSI Z390-A PRO Motherboard with an Intel Pentium Gold Processor G5400 CPU @ 3.7GHz! Next added 64.0 GB DDR4 3200 Ram! Also a ZOTAC GAMING GeForce GTX 1 Video Card! Recently upgraded all my HHD's with an Intel 660p Series M.2 1 TB SSD Drive C and two WD I TB internal SSD's! My Computer now boots up completely for a cold start in 30 seconds!!!! (Once in a while when I turn it on, it Boots into the Bios Screen)!!!(But when I wont to boot into Bios, no matter what key combination I press it wont go into Bios on Command)! Windows will not display on my Digital Monitor but I can see the Bios Screen on another HDMI Output to my 32 inch TV! Am running XMP Mode and Gaming Mode on the MSI along with allocating 3/4 of my Ram to Process my Adobe Premiere 2022! My Question is: How do I get the computer to Boot into Windows EVERY TIME? And secondly, How do I get my computer to boot into Bios on command?

If the CPU stucks to the cooler, just wiggle it a littlebit or even try to heat it up. Don't force it or the CPU pins can break.
yes heat up hardware that wont be a bad idea

I'm newly learning computers for CompTIA A+ to try to break into the IT field. This video is quite helpful to see how to take apart a computer and put it back together and what the different parts are!
I know he said he'd mention it more in another video, but i just want to see if maybe I'm thinking of this the correct way. He put one single stick of RAM on the motherboard, does that mean it's likely just has 2GB of RAM installed, but could have 4GB if he had another stick to put in the second slot?
Also, would that AMD CPU he pointed out be considered LGA (land grid array)? That's not PGA (pin grid array), right?
And one last question, would you use the antistatic bag and/or an electrostatic discharge bracelet throughout the whole time that you're assembling and disassembling the computer or just when you're specifically handling the motherboard?
1st question, yes. If you only install 1x 2GB module, the PC will have 2 GB of RAM. If you install 2x 2GB modules, it will have 4 GB of RAM. In computers, it is good practice to always use the same brand and model of RAM. Most PCs will work ok if you put different brands of RAM, but some can be very picky and won't work well or at all if they have mismatched modules installed.
2nd question. AMD used PGA CPUs up until the release of AM5 for consumer level systems.
3rd question. Proper procedure is to always use an anti-static wrist band or mat when working on computers or electronic devices. Its not mandatory, but it can help prevent ESD damage. In some industries, you're required to use an anti-static method.
@@JJFlores197 Thank you so much for answering these questions for me! This is all very helpful to know.
