- This is one of our first 1/4 grass fed beefs we did. I wanted to see how much meat the quarter beef produced & I figured you might be curious too, so I made a video of the result. Let us know if you want a quarter beef. We grow and process the grass fed beef right here on our farm.

I live in Texas. I sure wish you guys shipped out. I ordered a 1/4 Cow and did not get nearly this much meat with the company I ordered from.
Alway wonder why you get no filets or porterhouse.
Porter house is a type of T-Bone, so it is in the order (we just did not bother to differentiate it)
If you take the bone out of the T-bone then you can get a NY strip and a Filet, but often people prefer to leave the bone in so that you get more flavor & take home weight
