One thing I am adding to the shoulder belt channels, I am making a spacer to be epoxied inside the channel for the bolt, I don't like the possibility of crushing the channel. With the spacer I can tighten the bolt and not worry about crushing that channel.
Good Idea, I thought about the channel getting crushed but figured maybe the design was meant to be that way. Won’t hurt either way, that’s why we innovate.
Hi Joe, Where on the plans does it call for the A5 rivets at the midpoint on that false rib? I can only see A4s in that area. Looks like A5s below for the hinge? Installing mine now. Thanks.
Bob, my name is Adam, Joe's on another channel but anyway, all the rivets on the upper channel are A4, I think I misspoke in the video when talking about upsizing them. Basically the holes go from A3 to A4 finished size.
