We LOVE OUR LECTRIC XP 3.0 !!!
After spending $1200 and waiting over a week for what would be my new work commute vehicle, the bike wouldn't turn on even after a full charge (I tried everything mentioned in all videos including this one, manual and online forums). For that amount of money I'd expect a better quality control, especially since this is a well documented and recurring issue (most likely a display issue, maybe battery). I returned it right away because from what I read on reviews, customer support can be anywhere from good to terrible and I didn't want to deal with the waiting and shipping hassle.
wasnt able to find controller for sale on website. Where should i buy my 5th, 6th, and 7th replacement controllers? Ponderous keeping XP 3.0 on road
Can I take the bike to any bike store and have them fix the troubleshooting problem?
Make a video how to put the new latch set on the frame. The middle that holds the bike in half.

I got power but the throttle keeps cutting out. I checked connections thoroughly and I'm stumped. Am I S.O.L.? Any advice other than the obvious?
Same problem pawer but turn's off motor and an the display it' it reads it's got power in the battery?
And also I have been calling for hours and days nobody picks up the phone at your offices
Hi, my lectric xp 3.0 bike has around 2000 km but yesterday it suddenly stopped turning on, i checked the battery with a multimeter, 2 of the prongs read about 54 v but the other two prongs read 0v, what should i do? thank you.

I have been calling for 2+hours. Hung up multiple times, customer service robots, phone line is dead, then on hold for 20 min only to be hung up on. This is not the 1st time. Your customer service is non-existent. You send me parts, amd bike doesn't work. It's under warranty, but I have to do the work myself. What gives, I just want to ride a bike, not go to the moon. Make it right LECTRIC
NEW IMPROVED headlight got brighter when i throttled a few times, then bike died next day. Is headlight shorting out entire bike? Man i should have sent this bike back months ago
I need help just received my Lectric xp 3.0 and when pedaling my pas keeps cutting in and out then stop working. I turn off the bike then turned it back on and it starts working again, then back to cutting in and out. I know I will call the company when they reopen on Monday but seeing if anyone knows what’s going on.
Received the error code 010 and bike won’t power on. Went thru Lectric’s 7 page checklist and no joy. Replaced the controller and wiring harness and no joy. Check the extended range battery per Lectric’s video and found two bad cells (multi meter reads zero on one and voltage keeps climbing on the other cell) and two good cells both read 54.4 DC volts. Sent pics to Lectric of multimeter test. Is it the battery causing the 010 error code?
Hi there, thank you for this comment! An e010 is a communication failure somewhere along the eBike. Unstable/low voltage typically triggers an E009 error code. Troubleshooting should continue through email or phone for the best results!
So what about E007 motor fault what do I do then to get the bike to power back on ?
My son just received his 3.0 today and the display screen only flashed on a couple of times. We have even tried charging the bike but again it just flashed on and then off again. What do we need to do? We are thinking that it is just faulty out of the box and has to be returned. Any suggestions before we call to return for a refund? Also, bike also arrived today with damage on it. It was showing clear damages where the bike folds and connect together.

The issue is the plastic protector on the battery. The bike came in folded, so you need to unfold it and without a warning to first REMOVE the plastic protector on the battery and if you did not remove it, then you realize that it is not powering up. Why because the plastic cover of the battery is still there and after removing it the battery pins are pushed in and not making contact.

Looks like the 3.0 is an in electrical wonder land of Tom Fuckery. Its pathetic, big long range battery but no way to get the power to the wheel. Isnt technology AMAZING!
