I recently bought new control panel M5 with control button from Amazon for lectric. I noticed throttle works, but pedal assistant is not working. Is going to P10 and putting it on 002 will fix it?

My charger stays green when plugged into the bike. I wasn't sure if it was charging or not but I realized that it didn't charge after taking it out the following day. I read that it might be a voltage issue or something and I was wondering if this is common. I have about 50 miles on the bike and really enjoy it during my commute in the city. I am worried that it won't charge now and the battery could be damaged as a result.

How do I get an owners Manuel? For my bike and can I leave the battery in the bike when I recharge it or should I take it out when I charge it?
You can leave the batteries in the bike. Either or will work...
I'd like to change my tire size on a Lectric XP 1.0 for a more accurate odometer reading, as it's off by 20%. Is this a locked setting? I have tried multiple times and it will not change.
Hey there! Even though the wheel is 20 inches in diameter, in order for the speedometer and odometer to get an accurate reading the computer needs to think the wheel is 22 inches instead. This setting is locked and can not be unlocked! We do apologies for the inconvenience. ⚡️
@LectriceBikes If it needs to be at 22 then why did you say default is 20? Are their any other weird situations like this where yhe proper setting isn't the default? I have an xp3.0 long range and tried changing everything to as close to the defaults as possible. This included changing tire size from 22 to 20 and now back to 22. Can you please post a list of all the proper settings for the 3.0 long range and Also what settings to avoid of you don't want to break your bike?
If you change the bike from a Class 2 to a Class 3 will that wear the hub motor out quicker?

No, it should not wear the motor down quicker.
No but drains battery faster that's it, class 3 just unlocks more speed and power usage that's it.
This is correct, the trade-off is having more speed but less range! For riders who have shorter commutes/access to charging, this may be the ideal option.
How do I set it back to class 2 😩 it won’t let me pedal soft and start motor so basically I’m pushing hard and it’s only throttle now

Is there a way to reset all settings back to factory default?
No, there is no way to set your eBike's settings back to default with one push. Each setting (P code) has to be reset/changed individually!

Hey there! We recommend going off of the tire wall on your eBike as this will advise the correct PSI needed. ⚡️
exactly how many locked (&therefore unchangeable) settings do users\customers (not programmers\ manufacturers) need?
Hi there, each display comes with about 25 settings total, with about half of them unlocked. You can learn more about the settings in your user manual!
I have barely even rode my bike yet, the display comes on for half a second and goes off. I waited all night and try it again in the morning and actually it stayed on I rode for about five blocks and it died. And now it's doing that again just comes out for half a second and turns off. If anyone knows with a fix for this please let me know. Thanks

I didn’t receive an owner’s manual. I’m an old lady. I’ve charged the battery at least 7 hours. The display panel was working Saturday when I got it. It’s not working now. I need this for my business and I’ve watched dozens of UA-cam videos. It says to turn the key counter clockwise to start but it only goes clockwise. The customer service will put me on hold for an hour. I’ve sent multiple emails. I don’t know how to check a voltage regulator to send a video. I bought this to use for my business but it’s just sitting like a piece of junk because I can’t ride it. I’m out in the country in a small town with no other means of transportation. It looks like a made a horrible mistake buying this bike!
