There is so much BS, waffle, hurt feelings and blurring the issue going on today. JP is like a breath of fresh air. Superb writing, clear thinking, he cuts right through the irrelevant nonsense and gives it to you straight. Yes I am a fan!

I believe I was wrongful terminated! First charge my ada was violated my company would not accommodate me they temporary termination me i begin working again i report unsafe working conditions on two accounts. Lastly i reported workers were being detained on a property. When i made that complaint the director went in and denied all my pay, delete some of my loads restricted me from working to attend meeting yet not paying me for the meetings. Trying to find pretext to fire me. Most importantly the last meeting my investigator called to have me sign my office complaint to be sent over to company. The next day I was fired. I know!!! Not feel. My American with disability Act, The Civil rights act of 1964 and civil rights 1990 was violated and osha ( whistleblower) rights were violated. I know i was unlawfully retaliated against and unlawfully TERMINATED... If my feels were hurt the court is the last place to go, go take to a therapist or Jesus'! My causal connection is with in days not weeks not months days .. I dont plan to allow thee EEOC to hold my charges for long because they are garbage. If its not a class action they are not for just the public workers. They cater to government employees... Just my thoughts... Great video!!!!
