  • Florida Super Lawyer Jonathan Pollard is filing 100 of the ugliest, most egregious discrimination, retaliation, sexual harassment, and corporate misconduct cases that society has ever seen.

      I put my money where my mouth is. I'm not afraid to shoot big shots. Sometimes I win. Sometimes I lose. But always keep fighting. Nobody can say I didn't go out there and give it all I had.

    I feel you! Stand your ground Johnathan! You seem sooo compasionate about your legal profession. I believe you fight for what's right and against the wrongs you hear and see in your arena. I learned from personal experience that the judical system can be biased and unjust for some of us who dare to step foot on the court. As we know all sorts of games get played on courts and they don't always play by the rules. It's Interesting how we can take on a carreer and later come to despises the corruption we see and hear within it. 😢 we can chose to be part of the problem or a renegade who resist and fight for what's right and seek some solutions, remedies. ❤😊

    I loved what you said about a person’s dignity! With core beliefs like that I hope you make hundreds of millions. I’m in the midst of collecting wrongful termination documentation. I pray they are stupid enough to fire me so I might have you as my counsel.

    I have been canvassing/interviewing attorneys all across Colorado to take an ADA discrimination case, and I am not impressed. I can't find one with the balls to take on a large corporation, or I feel has the backbone to stand up for the little man. My case is solid with evidence and testimony. Is it a multi-million dollar case? Probably not. HOWEVER, with punitive damages toward a company with a history of discrimination (latest 5 mill awarded for discrimination case), it could potentially be significant.
    I digress. IF you have any referrals in CO, or any CO attorney who might be reading this, and has the balls, confidence, and legal leverage that matches Mr. Pollard, then I'd love to hear from you.

    Our firm is definitely not a settlement mill--- we prepare as if we are going to trial, and if along the way it settles, then it;s a good thing.

      If I was talking about you, I would have said your name.
      Fact is, many plaintiff-side employment firms basically just file EEOC charges and settle cases for peanuts.
      Of course some cases should settle. But not all settlements are good settlements.

    Any way you can help me out ? I’m going through the eeoc song and dance right now the lady contacting me is giving me the hardest time ever basically trying to get me to flip flop or say the wrong thing I have screenshots that I’ve sent her and she’s asking me questions that’s already been answered. I was discriminated against and terminated I need some help from an attorney

    You are very handsome, speak very well and intelligent. I like knowing about laws so I can push back against anyone who try to violate my rights. I have personally been in civil court and the first time I felt like I was going before the Wizard of Oz. Once I pulled back the curtain I saw that it was just a man. Knowledge is power when used with wisdom.

      I find certain employment catology companies in Illinois acting suspicious and are up to no dam good. They constantly advertise job openings, hire people, train them then soft harrass them to make them quit or they fire them. It's like they are running a vicious circle of hiring and firing. The other suspicious act is that they require job applicant's to do drug/alcohol and fingerprint background check. They are obtaining job applicants biometric private information I suspect they're selling to other parties maybe on the dark web. 23:49

    Took my chiwawa to wrk 3-11 shift, CNA @9:00 she told me to give to take my dog & go home!!!!! in ,....HURRICANE MILTON!!
    IV BEEN BEING BULLIED, alot, but this was the final straw for me, i hit 3 trees, through water up to door, (Mitsubishi mirage ) & i live in a "DUTCHMAN SPORT lite" CAMPER! almost run into transformer, but BLEW! before i reached it in the steet!
    THEY DID NOT, PROTECT ME, VOULDNT STAY NIGHT LIKE EVERYONE ELSE! THEY HAVE BROKEN ME DOWN SO BAD,

      We can litigate cases in Kentucky --- We can litigate cases anywhere if the case is strong enough. We would just partner up with a local lawyer.

    This guy: "1 1/2 years ago I invested 2 or 3 million dollars (BS) to flip my business model to handling employment discrimination cases, but we are only accepting the best cases."
