Thank you for calming me and helping me with the decision to persue further action. Being wrongfully terminated makes me feel weak and powerless but I have decided to go forward with the lawsuit because I feel like I have no other options and companies cannot continue to treat employees like they don't matter. Thanks again for walking me through what to expect going forward. I sincerely appreciate it. ❤️

Wrongful terminations have nothing to do with expectations, but is integrated with a set of guidelines under a legal framework which constitutes and upholds the minority's rights and amendments. These lawsuits are not so much to do with financial gain, but more so to do with accountability and exposure so the injustices do not and will not repeat in the future nor in the present.

I wanted to just say thank you very much for this very insightful video because now I know that I can most certainly pursue a wrongful termination case. I really don’t know how much this is going to end up costing me however, I do know that I was discriminated against I do know that my sexuality has been brought up numerous times since new management had taken over and I know that my mental illness has been portrayed all over the place in my previous employer. This was all I needed this video was the absolute gold mine to make me confident enough to actually pursue in legal ramifications so thank you.

I was wrongfully terminated after working 18yrs with this company. This employee was bullying me n disrespecting me verbally.. i told him that u cant talk to me that way inside the job, only outside of the job. He got mad n said "lets go now", by grabbing my neck. I never retaliated. I told my supervisor, he never reported it to management nor HR, and just talked to the employee that he cant do that.(got his text message explaining me that). I told him that he already did touch me, n that im going to report it to a manager the next day. Talked to a more Superior manager in the company and not to my manager in my department.. because he comes in Hrs after my shift is over, and wanted to speed up the process. To keep it short. Talked to the manager, wrote the report, talked to HR, HR said that i invited him to fight, which i denied it. My Manager was mad at me because i told another manager, supervisor never got suspended for not reporting it. The other employee got fire, n confessed that he touched me.. i got fired, cuz they stated that i invited him to fight.. n probably because the manager got mad at me... this is what i get for doing the right thing..

My case is similar. I was harassed, verbally then, eventually physical, by my general foreman. My supervisor knew of ALL these occasions and did nothing. I reported to my Labor Relations Dept, and they set up a Conflict Resolution with my Manager. He agreed to introduce a new policy. At said introduction, he himself verbally abused me for going to Labor Relations by screaming at me and calling it "BS." I reported that as well, and nothing was done still. I went in to ask a question to my foreman, and he got upset, then grabbed, and pushed me in my face. I got upset and took an aggressive yet defensive stance against him, and in that moment, my supervisor walked in an says "thats it! You're done!" I said,'No, you're done!" But he lied and said i said "no your done, and I'll hit u too!" They fired me and did nothing to the man who assaulted me. I made a report with law enforcement, and he was arrested then released. I have a lawyer now, and im seeking justice, but i dont know what will happen.

This was wonderful! It was exactly how my wrongful termination settlement, which was founded & won, played out last year! Thank you! My advice to anyone and everyone whose employer exercises less than professional conduct (especially if it’s within a corporate branch!!!) is to make sure you understand both the handbook & the policy manuals for your position, as well as those for your direct supervisor & whoever is your supervisor’s supervisor because you’re going to want solid evidence (e.g. a video recording of a termination- before I entered my boss’s office, I casually started rolling my video camera & stuck it in the pocket of my dress shirt so that it was just peeking out enough to get him & what he was saying immortalized in digital media, but without his initial knowledge so that he would not censor any of his speech. Mine involved sexual harassment, and even without the video, I had amble documentation, such as screenshots of texts and third-party messenger conversations. If you suspect that your employer is going to terminate you soon, [1] make sure your phone has plenty of space to store the recording; [2] make sure your performance has been above average & that you have had the tact to maintain professional demeanor, especially in response to your coworkers/supervisors who are not necessarily reciprocating. It wouldn’t hurt to write down all your grievances & rehearse various ends that the estimated termination convo might lead to... so, it’s always a solid idea to be able to not miss a beat- compare your performance to that of the firing manager & contrast yours with how the “worst” employee at your job handles it, whatever it is. Do not reveal that you are recording it verbally. Before you get up to leave, casually pull it out of your shirt pocket, wiggle it in the air before them and just smile widely because you’re about to be the only person in the office who receives that annual bonus they cut due to stinginess. Neatly organize all your physical documentation in a binder, and go talk to an employment lawyer afterwards. In my case, I knew exactly what to say to evoke the highest level of unprofessionalism on the part of my boss, while playing stupid about any shred of counter-argument that might reflect poorly on you. Don’t lie, but if there is even a grain of lie in his/her counterarguments, vehemently deny what the manager is accusing & be able to state at least two specific occasions that prove his accusation to be a falsehood. Do not admit your own wrong-doing. Give justifications for any slip-up they accuse, and definitely be ready to refer to a time when the manager’s conduct was inappropriate, mirroring exactly how you did it as per their accusation. In my case, it was a huge corporate company I worked for, so, being fairly tech savvy, I posted the video on UA-cam, FB, IG, Twitter, etc with as many trending hashtags as possible & encouraged all my family & friends to share it, then I wrote a professionally worded email to my boss’s boss stating everything that happened & laying out all the unprofessionalism in experiences at work. More than likely, they’ll ignore the email until they realize that the company logo is included in the viral vid... this serves two purposes. (1) it increases the likeliness that a lawyer will run across it on social media and trace it back to you, offering to do it for 1/3 of all the finances recovered in the settlement if you so choose to be represented by them, and (2) it forces the corporate company to actually acknowledge the issue at hand because they will experience public backlash and do not want that video tarnishing their reputation; it also secures the immediate suspension and almost guarantees the termination of your former supervisor who actually earned his unemployment, whereas you showed up, performed your job duties successfully without complaint & clocked in and out on time without disrupting the work environment... you’re also implementing social justice & accountability, as well as improving the policies of companies which improve the employment rights of citizens in the long run... it’s like secret shopping, only you get to go out with a miraculous boom, have your cake & eat it too. Good luck!

Ok so a friend of mind got fired at the job I work at for attention to steal... they showed her a video and stop it when she completely turn around with a box in her hand and stop it ... and told her she had no rights to see what happened after that (knowing she didn’t take or think about taking anything she asked to see the rest of the video) they are saying they don’t know what happened to the box she had a trying to say she did something with it ( which the area she work in have lots of cameras ..I have been back there so it’s a angle to see anything) they gave her the work badge and was going to send her back to work but she was so upset she left for the day and she call the 1800 HR and reported her situation and her concerns about it ..... now after that a lot of big people got involved and the HR LADY BASICALLY TOLD HER IF SHE DIDNT HAVE HER GO DO HER JOB (go and see about the situation) she probably still will have her job ... so yes they made the decision to fire her after she reported her concerns to corporate. Does that sound crazy or what

First of all, people should have more respect for themselves, and their before marriage because that should be illegal practice because it isn't fair to people who practice sexology the you'd be able to practice sex before marriage unless it where your job to teach sex and every other form affection nor to go all the way before marriage is wrong and marriage under grounds for divorce is an act of fraud and act of perjury misrepresentation of consciousness. And this is why our present day societies are entrapped in only delusions of what would make them happy but its not happening for real or if it doesn't feel right. A states deserve the right to clean slaight because though we got it hell a wrong it seems like we never give up trying so for now I would say that settlements are what is truly fair until we recover from ground zero because it was too much and still you should exchange your health for any price. as cruel as this life may sound I'd say that it seems bizarre that to have to act as if we enjoy such challenges. The worse scenario is that you weren't taught the basics like rv living until you save for a house should have been an education up grade. You have to realize that your government failed and it's difficult to forgive because even a lot of rich people fear donating. It's kind of corny but a few good friends and minimum wage seems good enough; plus its all that we deserve for the way in which we treat each other is very poor and way to proud in America. A boss is stupid now a days and takes back having hired you and never should have. Plus it's uncivil for a person to fire you because it would have been them who made the mistake not you no matter your performance it's their fault always if you did't perform your job right or could't show up to work. To force belief and responsibilities and a race or society isn't civil unless we were all physic and had known what was going to happen every day before waking..

its legal for a sugar daddy dating site to discriminate against you if you are a legal adult entertainment escort who i working legally in nj or ny where escorting is completely legal if the date is visiting where you live of if you are homeless escort who is living in that specific hotel or lodging because the all ask if you'd rather date a man or woman who is either single, married or or divorced and the ask you your birthday without verifying it before they allow themselves to research your phone number and is that considered invasion of privacy when they allow affairs. If an escort is self employed can you sue for mental anguish or fraud or false representation... seekingarraingement.com took my money and still disqualified me off the site after charging me twice. after I thought I was going to be rescued and get to live a real cinderella story and received more than a hundred replies the same day I joined. Can I sue them for assuming that I do more than date because it wasn't nun of their business how far I can go or chose to go on a date. I thought that I was never again have to do on a date what doesn't make me feel uncomfortable and that they assumed that I do more wasn't their business either. I think that I should check with the fbi also...? Because that could have been the only spec of hope or could of caught an std and been forced to do more than I am comfortable with. I don't remember reading the terms and conditions clearly by the advertisement on their front page said to get payed to date wealthy men.

I think that it would be a lot smarter for a lawyer to set about 300,000. aside to start for contingency and know that according to civil rights the law firm is going to always win when it comes to civil rights. But the best cases and best ways to make money is with civil rights for the homeless. A society should have been taught parenting if you are religious that the society should know that you really are not suppose to through out a youngster into the street and he or she should not be able to leave home until they are legally married to some one or more and for ever.

Ok enough of the fluff . Look, these cases are not free and by the time you go through interrogatories, depositions, mediation it could be years and cost more money than you make in two years. The employer who has deep pockets knows that and your attorney ( win or lose ) gets pretty rich. And for you , even though you may be right usually ends up in the hole owing money. Attorneys are not your friends. She didn't tell you that.

max medlin and staying to try and create a better environment is never ending and exhausting. My ptsd is so out of control now I’m not even sure how to make decisions because I’m consistently fluctuation between being overly emotional/zoned out or numb/anxious. Probably more but I can’t even begin to process this with never ending perpetuation of oppression and fear of crisis at any moment. I just want peace. I’ve been through enough, I am just fighting to survive and have a
      Chance.

They have a contigent fee agreement and in the fine print of the agreement they usually add additional fees per month during the entire litigation and until it ends. So you end up paying those fees plus the contingency % of whatever amount you're supposed to get at the end. It sounds like a loss for the actual client.

If an employer yells at you and shouts at you and soon after you're let go cause you reported your supervisor to HR is not considered wrongful termination. Wtf?
Secondly, if your exempt and paid as an executive and or have an executive position, your employer can have you pick orders and offload trucks weather you like it or not. Wtf?!
Then many of us do t have a case. And these lawyers are simply taking the easy cases which dont exist like sexual harrasment etc !
These type of cases don't exist cause your employer already know what not to do.
The other shit is completely legal which I find wrong!

My emplyer wrongfully terminated me. They are a company filled with discrimination. If your black you can't get hired. If u get hired you will be assigned to an African American client. My boss told me that clients have rights to choose who they want in thier home. I think this is pure bull!

I have kept copies of emails sent by me to higher management and to my union in regards to behavour by my immediate supervisor and fellow colleagues that are unlawful under my government's policies. Can I be in trouble for having these emails/documents in my possession in responding to allegations made against me while I was on leave from work when these allegations were made? Thank you.
