When I was 7 years old, I would say the world isn't fair and I'm going to do something about it. And wicked folks would laugh at me and say yeah right. Well, here I am!
I’m in litigation with my lawyer, to tell you the truth I know 45 percent contingency fee is a lot but you have to understand that these lawyers are like you and me, we both need to eat. The time and the money is significant investment specially if involves multiple legal claims and I am very thankful that he took my case.
14:13 time to get real!! Going the distance 👍🫡do you represent Texas?? I need a real deal lawyer to stand with me! Employment harassment and discrimination ! Going against a billion$company that needs to be addressed. Someone needs to stand up for the rights of the hardworking workers!
You had me at..... ALWAYS BE SUING!! What you said about low hanging fruit settlement attorneys is so true. To date, that's why I'm moving forward as Pro Se until I can find an attorney that matches my warrior spirit, because i already laid a pristine foundation. Poised to establish legal precedent in the 4th circuit for challenging arbitration where numerous attorneys said it was a waste of time to do so cause..... the court always sides with arbitration. Smh. I'll keep the ship afloat until the right representation presents itself. I NEED A RENEGADE!! A CRUSADER. ❤❤❤
Great video! As an HR Professional with years of experience, I see so many employees who don't understand the difference between not liking something that an employer is doing vs. a violation of their rights. The two simply are not the same! I talk about something similar on my channel and discuss what employees can do when they are frustrated about things in the workplace.
Damn man this very great contact. I wish I had knew about you years ago when I was going through a discrimination case with the.usps which is now the NRP class action usps! Anyways just subscribed
I worked for a university for 16 years…. I was forced out by micromanaging after returning from FMLA (mental disability- PTSD, anxiety, adhd, depression)…. I resigned out of fear bc they tried to say I was being dishonest abt my time although I was not able to clock in and out… and regret resigning and wish they would have fired me… I was told I was rehireable and applied many times to the same position and have not been called. Thoughts??
Great things take time and involves a lot of commitment. This absolutely includes legal representation in cases of this nature. This must be extremely complex. @Jonathan, what is the statue of limitations on employment related discrimination cases?
I believe it's hard to get corrected info sometimes then find out you had a strong discrimination case ..a company can't post a position for 1 day with no interview can be questioned
I am trying to find a lawyer. They used my ada disability and my recovery, mental. I have medical documents and a year worth of proof. Wrongly terminated
No. I don't advise people I don't represent. If you have a really strong case (and have watched my videos explaining what types of cases we take and what a strong case looks like), then you can contact our office. We take cases nationwide if they are strong enough.
YOU GO SO HARD Fam. I appreciate all the free game you give and how you kick it. Please keep doing your thing. You're out here saving lives bro...

45% is totally reasonable in employment discrimination cases. It’s always an uphill battle.
Same. I trust the (career) lifetime of experience and expertise they have that I don't, no matter how many UA-cam videos I watch lol.
This is exactly the right video for me at the right time. The comments about Plaintiff side employment Lawyers is exactly right.

never give up! You have the warrior spirit! This system is broken and needs massive reform. It will only be changed by people who don't give up!

Mr. Pollard, do you represent federal employees before the Merit Systems Protection Board?

Laws are only as good as the AGENCY that enforces them.
Your attitude towards the corporate shenanigans is refreshing. Wish I had you in my corner right now, but I'm fighting the good fight🫡
