I am in love with the primary bedroom of this house. How unique and cool does it look. Like, a curved wide window that almost takes a half of the room with incredible views? WHY NOT?

I love this home. It's big, but cozy. The decor is warm. The views are magnificent! Yeah...if I had 14 million, could afford the upkeep and taxes, I'd buy it.

Outdoor atriums and side entrances to homes are just so nice! I love the water feature there and the seclusion it adds before you even enter the home! This is a delightful home, a lot of character :)

The views, wow! Entertainment house 💯. Surprised though when I catch myself thinking how simple the primary bedroom was because I’m always comparing to the 40 Million dollar plus homes you tour that are bonkers!! The bar is set so high🌟 You deliver top notch tours every time💯

... Honestly, if I lived in Southern Cali and I had the money I would surely buy this home ... There was nothing that I didn't like... However, I'm designing a house in the ATL... I'll just have to incorporate some of the features in mine...
I love the kitchen especially the refrigerator 🤩 and the fact that the yard is minimal is great... Literally, I was shocked I like the house so much ... I'm sure it looked nothing like this before .. Puff probably would want to buy it back ... LoL...

It's way too fancy for me. My dream is to have a house with a wrap-around porch and a white picket fence. It is still fun watching all the designs and styles that are out there.

Cool! Right next door to 9364 Beverly Crest Dr, another house that you've toured. I also wanted to add that even though this house lacks a few features that I would love to have in an L.A. dream home (movie theater, fitness center, chef's kitchen, large motor court and/or gallery style garage), there is still something about the clean design and warm tones that just make this feel like home. Now I just need to work on the funding.
Well it is a 7,000 sqft house built off the side of a cliff, so it's more akin to something you'd see in the Hollywood Hills than something you'd see in Bel Air. Houses in the Beverly Hills 'Crests' tend to be more modest in scale, by Beverly Hills standards.
Puff had a good eye for a great property ! Obviously now different interiors but Wonderful views & I can only imagine the Partying that went on there 🤣👍

This house is stunning! It's spectacularly designed. I wouldn't sell this home for anything. The views are amazing. Nothing stuffy or cold about this home like many others that don't look lived in.

It is very much a Hollywood Hills-type house built into the side of a cliff, where you enter in the top and walk down to the lower levels, and the architect did an excellent job of economizing the space so you don't end up with narrow hallways or awkward flow you often see when they try to build too much house on too small a lot.
Hey Enes, A very efficient video tour, but a good one! This home was beat up! A party house! I was curious to what P.D. damage went down! It looks like a minimalist style in a very comfortable atmosphere. A stunning showcase of views to inspire anyone! The pool is very well done! has the rest of this home. Amazing tour as always Enes! I love the Brass Fixtures in the bathrooms, it makes the space feel super warm. Greetings from New Hampshire, you should tour a house up here sometime, there are some amazing lake houses. Bonus points if you do it in the winter :)

4:02 So, I have always wondered. Why are there (almost) never curtains or such? What about privacy? Or is that one way glass, or is it assumed that nobody in the city owns binoculars? Or is there some kind of hidden privacy system you simply can't see as clearly as curtains?
they need the rooms to look super open and light when showing houses to potential buyers. houses like these sometimes have automatic shades that tuck themselves away so they cant be seen.

Who cares if you have Curtains or Shades? If I live in a Beautiful home with a view like that I wouldn't care what they see? I would just hang a Meme in my Kitchen that says "Jealous Much?" LMSFAO!
I asked a similar question on another video. It's not just privacy, it's needing to keep the bedroom dark past sunrise. What makes it more complicated here are the curved windows so shades won't work. I never found an answer.
Most of them have hidden blinds/curtains in the ceiling

The shot of Sierra Towers got me thinking that I'd love to see one of those apartments given the building is so iconic and there's a ton of celebrities who've lived there... I know a number of the floors have been remodeld to have some "super units" with insane views. Do you guys take requests lol?

Hi you two. Your chanel is very famous,now and you have the acces in many incredible mansions now. On the fantastic yatchs and more exclusive things. And in the world. It’s really interesting for us. And it's only you and the way you share these things that make it so successful. Enes is very intelligent and knows which details are of most interest. the bond with Mickey is also very pleasant. I watch a few other channels like this one and visits with Enes are the most pleasurable for me.Sorry but i do this little comment with a traductor. Funny thing tho is that the house next door has a similar look to it. White and black, glass and metalworks of great quality.
However those views with all the simple, minimalist designs, specially the fire place, makes a bold statement that is hard to match in other houses.
