Exactly what I was thinking. “Oh, I don’t have to win the lotto for that. I can work towards that.” Or “it must be in a terrible location”. After finishing the video, I realized that it doesn’t have an entertainment room/area. It’s just a really pretty family home.
It is for Los Angeles. I live here and if you live in a 3 million dollar house it’s considered cheap. My friends and I were talking and they were joking about how she would zillow 3 million dollar houses and they would literally be like sheds. Of course this is in the city. This house is in the valley so it’s a lot cheaper there.
Yes. The problem with, let's say Bauhaus type design is that it's inherently cold, yet at the same time enduring. There's a balance, especially within a home enclave.
Although this house is smaller and cheaper than the rest, it’s more simple, three main colors, it’s definitely one of the best. It feels more like a house, not a vacation resort. LA needs more houses like this!
This house felt like the perfect full course meal that progresses and transitions perfectly throughout. The deeper you went in the house, the more personal each space began to feel. Super versatile as well. I kept imagining all of the different uses I could design for each room. The detail that went into this house is dope and highly appreciated 🙌🏾
@@EnesYilmazer I appreciate you too, my dude! I'm so passionate about great home design and architecture and the way you and the team showcase these properties is so dope. I'm super excited to see the growth and impact of the channel and your work 🙌🏾
One of the "cheapest" house on the channel, but BY FAR my favorite. It send more warm and positive vibes than any $50 M mansion with olympic size pool and private tennis court. If I ever get to build a house of my own, this would definitely be the inspiration.

From simplicity to an empty feeling home to now a home with every room with alot of beautiful decors with their own identities, details, colors, behind hidden doors but STILL in spread out spaces. Perfection! ♡.

ken Gaulthier I felt this house DID have a view....it was refreshing to see trees out the windows. Lot is still crazy small if you live in New England, but the outside area was pretty. But astroturf? Really? Liked this house. Little change of pace.
I’ve been following this channel for a while but this is still my favourite house. You can see it’s a quality build in the small details. I love the layout of the open plan kitchen/dining/lounge.
This is more like it. Something I could actually imagine myself living in and not something I would rattle around and get lost in... more of these smaller properties please. Although it is fun to see the wildly expensive mansions as well. 🙂
Possibly my favorite home showcased on this channel. It feels like the kind of house someone would actually live in. The relatively minimalist style it has going on is beautiful. A good point you guys brought out is that each bedroom has its own identity, that's something that often annoyed me about some other houses I've seen on YT. Each room in a home should follow a "theme" so to speak, but they shouldn't be borderline copies of each other in my opinion. Its something this home does a excellent job of.
I don’t know why farmhouses doesn’t look that good outside, but it’s always drop dead gorgeous when you see the inside. 😍 I want more of this kind of house. 🙂 Btw, you look good on your haircut.
I have watched and rewatched every single video on your channel but I always comeback to this one! this house feels like home, feels like the perfect place to raise a family and have a beautiful everyday life no matter how rich u are! I love it

Enes Yilmazer nah bro the cut is fresh! Just do a skin fade leaving even a 0-1 on the bottom always looks like that I don’t support it just do a full fade
Do the companies that do up the homes include the pricing of all the interiors in it as well? I'm from India and not familiar with how real estate works in the west, so I'm very curious about this.
If you could afford this house you shouldn’t have a big problem shopping for nice furnitures. Now if you want those exact staging sets you need to ask the agency who set those up, it’s a lot of hassle probably. 🤔
Your camera guy is doing a good job and you always explain some design details which makes the video more informative! And I am even more impressed that you actually reply everyone’s comments! Finally making way through the videos, but even though this is 1 of the cheaper properties for the size and in LA, this feels like the most homey. Love the black, white and mix of wood. I know I am slow to the party but great channel, both presentation and cinematography
Definitely a cute home. I love the finishing they used. The open concept living, dinning, an kitchen. The layout of the bedrooms with the master raise up a little. Just a cozy, quaint home. Also the back yard is laid out nicely.
Great tour as always, and definitely one of my favourite properties this far. Love the Black&White+Wood colour scheme, the slight elevation changes in the house and the overall farmhouse style instead of the many super modern houses we get to see. Only thing I don't get is the tiny pool in such a huge backyard.
Honestly. I've binged watched a lot of your videos and I can say I love this house so much. Its like my personality and style if it was made into a house
One of the best houses you've toured. No wasted space unlike some of the properties you visit. Some people want unnecessary space because stuff the environment, I can afford it. This is the sort of design I'd build in the suburbs in Brisbane or Perth (Australia).

I am a big fan of white and black design. The exterior of the house is realy beautiful with the black accents. The garage door is great. I love the squares with the grass in between. Love the black cabinets in the kitchen. Beautiful tranquil garden as well although find the swimming pool on the small side but this is just a personal opinion. Beautiful home.
You do such a great job of showing. You know all the materials, the intricacies, you point out the features. I've seen other people show the same house that you show. I haven't seen anyone with the kind of polish for a showing that you have.
I really enjoyed the last modern farmhouse tour and I enjoyed this one as well! I think they all capture a sense of home while using black and white, or gray for the last house, I guess good use of wood would give you that feeling.
I have a request, something a little different. Perhaps you could list your top 5 or top 10 favourite houses that you've shown us so far. Or maybe ones we've yet to see.
Agreed. It begins to get boring seeing these modern homes having identical rooms and bathrooms. I loved how each room has it'd own individuality and character. It gives more personality to the house, and makes it feel cozier and more of a home than having a copy and pace layout for the bedrooms.
I'm in love with this house 😍. Such a comfortable, beautiful and simple house. I'd definitely like to buy/build that kinda house. The only thing that bothered me was lack of skylight 😬. They could/should have put a skylight in the master bathroom or in other places of the house. It's still very good 😊 but skylight would have made a bit of difference. IMO

Would buy it if I had the money. This one was a gem Enes. Good find!!
Well said Sam!
I love when these luxury property showing -channels show more "affordable" homes because I personally find these more home like than those huge mega mansions.Though the huge mega mansions are also very interesting to see but I cannot even imagine myself living in a house that big but I could imagine myself and my family living in a house like this.
I don't know why but whenever I see an office room, I would want to just turn them into a library
I get that :)
Same
I like the "H" LOGO on the master bed, that's a huge plus!
:)
Everything is so tastefully done, feels very Scandinavian
Agreed
Hey Enes! I loved this house tour, especially its mix of rustic yet modern vibes! Hope you're staying safe during these uncertain times :)
Thanks buddy and yes we are staying safe and you as well!
Honestly at this rate Enes is bound to hit 1 million in no time!
Thank you Caleb!
