A credit to Nile, I didn't get it with the "One" house and all the changing the world stuff, but this house is fantastic, incredible art, and incredible use of space. I like this Nile a lot.

Just subscribed to Producer Michael. I have to admit I wasn't exactly a fan early on until I watched a few videos and realized what a decent guy Michael is especially given how well off he is financially.

The man definitely knows how to build house, he has a great eye for design, as a Civil Engineer myself I do love design that works like its supposed to, you would be amazed at some of the simplest things that don’t work or just irrelevant due to bad design. Everything in this house has had a lot of thought and attention to detail put into it, it’s great and Nile came across as a decent humble and fun sort of guy in this video. I enjoyed this one.

I’ve learnt an important life lesson. Not to judge a book by its cover. I found Nial difficult to watch in the One, but today a real pleasure and such an interesting character. I found his art fascinating and having been to LA a number of times, I have seen one of the anatomically correct giraffe sculptures in a property and was astounded. Today watching Nial and his art I am amazed that one property can have such a great collection of pieces. Shame it’s not a place I can visit as I would fly out in a heartbeat. I think I have seem my dream home, just need to be able to afford it. Humbling and impressive at the same time

This house was listed by Hilton/Hyland a while back, complete with a fancy-produced video showing off the property. It is one of the few Hollywood hills-type homes I've ever loved. it is fantastic. And, as you said Micheal, "very livable". I'm not sure if he sold it, nor if it was to raise loot for the payments on 'The One". I do know that there was just a news article this week saying that they foreclosed on "The One", and now it will likely be sold off for only $100,000,000, instead of the original $500,000,000 ask. Sad for him.

I genuinely like this house. Nile here is like a different restrained person and this house is way better than The One. With all of the art pieces and color themes and furniture, I like it as a modern homey feel. Very very well thought out.

🌟UPDATE: 1369 Londonderry Place SOLD for $26 million (originally asking $55 million in 2019). FYI this property was in bankruptcy although the lender did allow him to have control of it, which is why he was living in it.
I’d like to see Nile design a pool that is 2-3 stories with a walking waterfall that leads to the lower level … maybe even a lift that goes up to the top pool level. Just brainstorming here 🥰

This house was listed by Hilton/Hyland a while back, complete with a fancy-produced video showing off the property. It is one of the few Hollywood hills-type homes I've ever loved. it is fantastic. And, as you said Micheal, "very livable". I'm not sure if he sold it, nor if it was to raise loot for the payments on 'The One". I do know that there was just a news article this week saying that they foreclosed on "The One", and now it will likely be sold off for only $100,000,000, instead of the original $500,000,000 ask. Sad for him.
100-165 million is debt. Not what it will sell for. Know one knows yet what it can sell for as it is so unique.
