Seems kinda sexist to keep acknowledging the fact that she's 'knowledgeable' about the mega mansion she is hired to show and sell to you. Like duh, it's her job. the commission she gets on this house alone is good enough for a year's or 2 salary living in this area. She probably doesn't need to focus on anything else besides this place, so she should be expected to know every detail down to the trimmings on the most insignificant parts of the living areas. The fact he keeps telling her that she's so knowledgeable about it seems to insinuate she's just a showgirl. She even seems insulted at 30:57 after Michael mentions it again. Just cause she's a woman and not a man doesn't mean her knowledge varies. Would you ever tell a real estate agent that's a man that he's 'so knowledgeable', seems degrading, as if she's a child, like he's congratulating her for doing her job right.
The thing I notice most is that this house is so tastefully done, every space has been considered carefully whereas the one is just “most expensive put it in”
