I should tell you, I am completely inspired by you in making my small home gains investments. I am really thankful to you that you introduced me to calisthenics and plant based diet as well. You are a Sensei to me. Much more love than last time sir.

This is perfect timing. I'm locked down in Ireland with my girlfriend and we have been doing some home workouts together. Last night I joked "tomorrow we do pull ups!" Because I have been missing them since she can't really do them so it wouldn't have been fair to do pull-up work outs. Now that I see all these variations that Crystal is doing we can definitely do all of these. I have all that equipment!!!!

I’d love to see more workouts. Crystal’s versions help so much. I have variously weighted rubber bands, a workout bench, and a few various pound weights. Wish I had a pull up bar or rings cuz those look fun 🤩

I loved Crystals adaptations on your exercises! We want more workouts with body weight exercises and core strengthening!! Because I have like 25 kilos to lose (about 50 pounds) I don't add extra weight I just carry mine haha. I have lost though like 25 pounds so far and I keep going 👊💪🚴♀️🤸♀️❤️ Love you guys
Omg same. I'm not even particularly... well endowed... but it's sooo uncomfortable and distracting. Plus I feel super self conscious even though chances are that nobody notices, it 's just not the best feeling :/ That's why I love strength training the best! I feel powerful and fierce, not uncomfortable and self conscious lol
It's good to see a workout video from you! My home exercise props include all the yoga stuff, resistance bands, bosu ball, and a bo staff. I've been bringing the bo staff into my yoga routines and it's very helpful for stability and full-extension of postures.

I bought a pair of gymnastic rings since the pandemic and wow I fell in love with calisthenics, im able to hit full body minus legs on those things and they're great!

Hey Derek, the knee on the bench can cause hernias, according to Athlean X. So your original method of both feet down will save you from a hernia.
