Probably the first youtube comment I am writing - I am 24 year old and just got diagnosed with prostataritis in december and went through all the steps u guys accurately described - urologist, on and off antibiotics - shallow improvements for a short time, nothing substantial - This video came at the right time, ill be doing the video daily now and will try to incorperate active regeneration as well. Thank you for showing a way forward where I sometimes felt helpless about this
Dean I just like to say how much I’m enjoying your workouts, I come across you on UA-cam by accident a few months ago and I was sceptical at 1st but decided give it a go and so glad I did, I’m feeling so much better mentally and physically and I can’t lie I have noticed a difference in mine and my boyfriends sex lifes, I’m not sure how and if it’s more in my head but I’m lasting a lot longer and stay harder a lot longer, thanks cause whatever your doing it’s defiantly working for us, well all the best and hope you had lovely Christmas new year

@@ManFlowYoga I always enjoy your workouts even though sometimes they’re a little hard to do because I am 68 years old. It’s still mindfulness and brings me peace.
Thanks for this! I have been experiencing this for a couple years ever since I had covid..I think it started as prostatitis and then turned into cpps from the stress of it. I am 27
To be honest, in my case neither coffee or cold has any affect on my symptoms. I remember I was at my worst when I was on vacation in Turkey last year when the temperature was 42 'C, and I stayed there for 2 months for my shock wave therapy. This a clear sign that doctors don't know anything about this syndrome. My symptoms usually get worse when I'm stressed, like going to the doctor or when something very stressful and bad happens. Post-ejaculation, having bowel movement (pooping) and anxiety triggers my symptoms most. Therefor, this syndrome is an issue in your pelvic floor, usually this applies to levator ani muscles that are getting shortened and tight. The other name for Levator ani syndrome is also overactive pelvic floor syndrome.
I have a burning sensation in my pereneal area really uncomfortable going to the backside dr just keeps giving antibiotics symptoms keep coming back makes it hard to sleep and sit
Can perineal massage provoke a flare up, when you start practicing it? Or does it mean I have a different issue than overactive pelvic floor? My pelvic floor is definately clenched, but when I tried to make a more or less strong perineum massage with my hand, not even with the ball, I woke up at night from pain in that area, stronger than usual.

Can I still workout?
With doctor clearance, yes.
