I'm new to your channel, but after watching just one video.. I am now a subscriber. The way you explain and relate, and your delivery being so warm really kept my attention throughout the video. Excited to explore the rest of the channel! 😊
I am blown away by your "I have to..." to "I get to..." gratitude attitude. I have been negative way too often. That needs to change. I will get more done because of that "I get to..." mantra. Thank you for sharing.
I love how liberating it is to think of everything as being created twice. It means we always get a second chance, which is so comforting as someone who gets paralyzed with even starting, thinking everything has to be perfect.
I can completely relate to what you shared, as perfectionism has been and still sometimes weighs me down. I truly hope the message I shared in the video offers you a refreshed perspective as we welcome the new year 🎉
As a new mom I feel so motivated by your videos. Can you do another video of your personal favorite books helps you to become a efficient and productive women

Thank you for another motivation videos. "I get to do ..." is something I can relate with the most. It is so true that our perspective shapes our mood, our day and our life.
I'm glad you liked the video and that the tips resonated with you! The ‘get to’ mindset involves shifting our frame of gratitude towards tasks we may do out of habit or reluctance. The things we often take for granted are actually opportunities and privileges. I’ve found that realizing the blessing in something before it’s gone or taken away is key to finding joy and meaning in everyday life.
aww Thank you so much for your kind words and blessings. I truly hope my video served as a gentle nudge to help adjust our frame of gratitude, which influences everything we do, as we head into the new year 💖🙏

I have never heard of the ‘I get to do’ concept. Does it mean I enjoy doing those things, I am doing them under no pressure? I just need a bit more clarification on this. Great video. Thank you! What you mentioned in this video is subtle in life but very important.
It means being grateful you can do something. For example, people complain about having to study for university, but at least they _can_ be in university. Many people would love to have that chance but are poor or have developmental issues. People complain about having to walk to be healthy, but at least they _can_ walk. Many people, again, would love to have that chance but are either very limited or completely dependent on a wheelchair. Think of doing things more as celebrating your fortune, rather than a pain.
I think if I imagine a situation where I can't do those everyday things-for example, if I face a situation where I can't see my kids-then I will desperately wish that I could do the things that I now often feel are redundant or tiring. That doesn't mean I think the responsibilities and work I do become easy, but if I change my mindset, thinking that I can still do those things today because I can see my kids today, then I get to do it with a more grateful heart. I think that's what it means...
Thank you for the thoughtful question! As many have kindly shared, the ‘get to’ mindset involves shifting our frame of gratitude towards tasks we may do out of habit or reluctance. The things we often take for granted are actually opportunities and privileges. I’ve found that realizing the blessing in something before it’s gone or taken away is key to finding joy and meaning in everyday life 💖

I agree. but I heard from one of the youtubers I watch that if they get rid of all the ads then algorithm don't let people to see the videos. they don't recommend the videos. It kinda made sense to me.
For me, $23/month for YT premium is well worth it for the amount of time I spend on this platform and the value I get from the channels that I subscribe to (like this one) . Then, no ads, ever.
Which perspective change resonates with you the most? Please share your thoughts. ☺
