- Hey everyone,
Today's video is a departure from my usual calligraphy tutorials. I've been asked how I practice speaking as a content creator, so I decided to share my routines and methods for improving my English as a UA-camr. #영어공부 #영어공부방법
English isn't my first language, as you've probably noticed from my accent. My family moved from Korea to Canada when I was 12, giving me the opportunity to learn English from a young age. But speaking on camera or teaching requires different skills.
In this video, I'll share four practice routines and methods to improve English speaking, focusing on explaining ideas effectively.
1. Forest Practice 🦅:
Focuses on understanding topics deeply and organizing thoughts logically before speaking.
2. Write and Discuss ✍️:
Writing helps organize thoughts, and discussing topics with someone enhances understanding.
3. Self-talk 🗣️:
Imagining explaining topics as if on a podcast helps practice speaking.
4. Tree Practice 🌲:
Focuses on individual words and phrases to convey meaning effectively.
By practicing these methods, I've seen significant progress in my speaking skills. Don't be discouraged by slow progress-improvement is achievable with consistent effort.

✳️ Calligraphy Envelope Pro: www.flourishedhope.com/cep
This course is designed for those who seeking a way to make their calligraphy practice more fun and meaningful. It covers everything about crafting beautiful envelopes with your calligraphy writing. Throughout many years of practicing calligraphy, I found making calligraphy envelopes to be, by far, the best way to continuously level up my calligraphy skills without feeling mundane.
This is better than all the English classes I have taken combined. Great content!

Humans think in their language of thought, so they cannot think in English or any other language.
Babies can think even without knowing language. When they learn language, they express their thoughts in words.
