I miss him. Whenever you wanted a safety car you could always rely on Mazepin
We had a GOATifi for this...
🤣🤣🤣
I though pastor Maldonado was the worst 😂😂
He was an exuse tu put the safty car drifting like no one's bunisess
@@xavilopez4716 Every few years we lose a Goatifi, Mazispin, Maldonado, and we get a replacement. So rest assured we always have "That guy". lol
He even paid Netflix to promote him, in his home race it was raining and they showed that he chose to change tires earlier (because he knew the weather in his country very well) and because of that he incredibly ended in front of Latifi, wow what a smart driver . So I researched and found out that Latifi had a DNF and Mazepin got a p18 🤡
That was his big brain move. I can't fault the logic. 18th is better than DNF.
@@elitedavidhorne8494 didn't that mean he still finished last out of everyone that finished the race
really? now that you said it, it kinda made sense how netflix would feature such a bad move. they featured it as if he scored his first point.
So you wanna say that Netflix can took someone’s money to film someone in better way?
Can you give any proofs?? Or are you just trashtalking as always?
Yeah yeah hate as usual
He was a barrier test driver
and a very good one at that
even that job mick was better at. xD Back to back destructor champion!

Mazepin won 2 races, same amount as races as Mick Schumacher in F2 with 5th best team.
Mick was riding GOAT Prema and his rookie teammate won 4 races.
Also, he never had the same car as Mick and Mick literally crashed more than Mazepin.
With all these above facts, this ass-kisser videos try show something otherwise is hilarious.
Mick Schumacher crash expense in 2021: 4.8 m€. (1st)
Mazepin: 2.4m€ (8th)
I almost felt bad for him in 2021, but, as soon as he'd start to garner some sort of sympathy he'd go and do something to remind you that he's Nikita Mazepin and it all just went out the window.
Well he [Mazepin] is a product of the Sovietistic-Oligarchical Putinite NuvoRussia, if he didn't do something dumb, dangerous or callously inept in frequently irregular moments, he would fail to be a Russian.
real
He was bad but not the worst. There were a lot of bad sponsored drivers in the 90s, and in the 50s/60s you had a lot of private entries where people literally saved up and “had a go”
Giovanna Amati springs to mind as one of the worst.
I think he gets the reputation for two reasons, firstly its because how acts like such a dick he fuels the "arrogant boy using daddies wallet" stereotype and secondly in the age of social media and reality TV we get to see more of who a person is behind the PR machine but in such a way it still ends up distorted as someone being pleasant and polite is more likely to end up on the cutting room floor or not shared around.
I'm not going to take the piss out of people that came over on the netflix wave. I am going to suggest they calm down the versociopathic behaviour and maybe read abit into the history of the sport rather than make titles like this.
It's okay to be new to the sport but it's not okay to disregard history.
Because a lot of retards hop on the sensationalism train that's why.
why is noone talking about al pease? The man was disqualified for being too slow
Mazepin did wonders for Lance Strolls career
To be fair, Stroll at least seems to have some talent
Stroll and Nikita, they can both form their own Formula for noobs.
@@Mr.McWatson
And Mick...he secured Mick another season in F1
Stroll has talent, but he is very inconstant.
Mazepin, Latifi and Mick Schumacher, Logan the worst drivers in the recent years. Logan Sargent might be one of them too. In 2023 he was Latifi 2.0, lets see his 2024...if its the same, then he is one of the worst too.
Also, a funny thing. Some Mercedes fans want Mick to take the vacant Mercedes seat in 2025 😂😂😂 I think they skipped F1 2021 and 2022 seasons 😂😂😂
@@cristian.4795 a F2 champion is one of the worst drivers in the recent years. OK
Wasn't the "This is why people hate you" incident because he either blocked someone on a hot lap or started racing drivers who were queuing for a hotlap?
You are right. Netflix did stuff like that many times in DFS.
He's the worst in the "modern" era of F1. But in the past we got much worse, often for just one race (or in case of Chanoch Nissany - one practice session). Terrible paydrivers were the reason why stuff like 107% qualifying time or super license were implemented.
true, calling Mazepin the worst F1 driver ever is very harsh! There were much much worse in the 90s like Taki Inoue

Oh, yes, Mazepin and Latifi in the same results list. Can't get worse than that.
At least Latifi was pretty likable as a person. Not saying it justifies him being a paydriver. But I didn't hate him. Cna't say the same about Mazepin.
@@Cavi587 yeah, mazespin was as bad as it can get
@@Cavi587 i genuinely miss latifi, he was just such a great guy.
@@sudazima Yeah, I mean he shouldn't take up the seat that a young driver could potentially fill, but I would love to see him in some different racing series. He would do okay I think in something less demanding than Formula 1. But he chose to pursue other things in life and I respect that.
Mazepin and Latifi are nowhere near the worst ever F1 drivers. Especially Latifi. See some of the other worst ever candidates and how insanely slow they really were. Mazepin and Latifi are Senna and Schumacher compared to those
Nowhere NEAR the worst. There was once a time when drivers had to pre-qualify for the race and many didn't make it. He was probably one of the worst in recent history, but at least he was able to qualify within the 107% rule
Recency/DTS bias
F1 was invented in 2018 to a lot of people on here…..You’re right, a lot of drivers struggled to even qualify years ago.
It's true that worse performing "drivers" have attempted to drive a formula 1 car. However, to me they don't really count as a F1 driver. Some semi-rich dude in the 80s that builds a car from scrap in his garage and shows up 3 race weekends in a season isn't really a driver. Nikita was signed to a professional team as a full-time driver. The random dudes that wanted to enact their fantasies of being racecar drivers shouldn't count in these kinds of discussions. Nikita was supposed to be a professional, held to higher standards than the mid-life crisis dudes from 40 years ago.
To be fair, failing to qualify, or even to prequalify, back in those days didn’t necessarily say anything about the quality of the driver - just like there have been drivers who didn’t belong on the grid and were hopeless no matter what car they drove, there have been cars who didn’t belong on the grid, and were hopeless no matter who drove them
@@atomictacco🤦♀️ there were no midlife crisis, semi-rich dudes building cars in their garage to show up for three races in the 1980s. You’re thinking of the 1950s. And no one is going back to that era when they talk about the worst drivers in F1.
It says quite a lot when the driver you replace comes back to replace YOU.
I mean there’s Yuji Ide who only did 4 races before he was demoted and had his superlicense revoked
Giovanna Amati?
@@simonkevnorrisbefore my time, I was 6 when she attempted to qualify lol
Ide wasn't a prick, or at least was behaving well enough that viewers didn't know what kind of person he was before he was fired. That alone makes him a better sportsman than Mazepin.
Or Ricardo Rosset and Jean Denis-Deletraz.
@@chibiy2j775 Claudi Langes too. Although I'm pretty certain that Max Verstappen would fail to qualify that EuroBrun
There's some things in this video that just aren't portrayed correctly, the box scene where he collides with another car for example is something he had absolutely no fault in as it was an unsafe release by Alfa Romeo.
i believe the assault was also apparently false after they gave context and uncensored the video (the censorship was unnecessary and actually sfw)
Chaos factor
Man just attracts it
People love saying Nikita was the worst.
These whippersnappers don't know Yuji Ide, a driver so bad his super license was revoked.
And you're not old enough to have to wake up early to watch Michael Andretti crash.
@@MrTL3wis at least Andretti was decent in the other side of the Atlantic...
Yuji Ide, welp...
Our lord and savior Yuji Ide F1 didnt deserve this man 🤣
When people say Mazespin was worst, they don’t mean (just) as a driver but as a sorry excuse for a human being. Good riddance
Taki Inoue was worse than both.
The fact that this guy completed a full season and Nick got sacked halfway though really shows that money talks.
Haas couldn't be a thing without Mazepin and Urekali, so they had to keep him, but with Nick, you know how tough the Red Bull academy is
For one sec i thought I am a time traveller
same lol
Isnt this a reupload or something. I swear ive seen this last week
@@Potatow101 yes ths is a reupload
Yes 😂
Of all the Mazepin crashes there were ur thumbnail was a Mick Schumacher crash with the numbers changed lol
Given his trends in junior series I would have been curious to see whether Mazepin could improve over the next couple of years, but that junior record is not so horrific that him getting a drive is some kind of insult to the top series. The money is the only positive reason for his inclusion, but no amount of money can force a truly bad driver into an F1 seat. He had enough merit to do the bare minimums. His performance in F1 itself however was another story. His long list of spins and aggrieved fellow drivers is what makes me consider his exit a positive event.
Fun fact: Mick Schumacher caused more financial damage with his crashes, than Mazepin.
While Mazepin or Latifi is bad, they never hide the pay driver fact. Logan Sargeant is also awful, the gap between him and Albon is astronomical.
Sargent is a better driver than Mazepin by far.
And it's funny as in this video's thumbnail you definitely can see Mick' helmet in the crashed car with number 9. I mean, he photoshopped car number for it...
@@AmericanBoomBoomStick Last year Sargeant showed nothing to back up this claim.
"they never hide the pay driver fact" wait what? you are not allowed to hide such informations in first place dude.
@@ErLeuchten Lol, sure you can. Look at Lance Stroll, to this day, they try to convince us that he's there because of skillllzz.
To be fair Mic Schumacher wasn't that good either and he had 2 seasons and did nothing

@@pauloferreira1319 Car were not the same. And on fast track it was visible, but on bad weather conditions, MSC even with the better car was behind MAZ. So, on driver tracks and tricky conditions, MSC is just nothing, compared. If the father is a legend, doesn't mean his son will be a legend too.
Fun fact: The great Michael Schumacher's debut race (1991 Belgian GP) also ended just after Turn 3...
That was a clutch issue, right?
@@j.paulm.1575 Yeah, it was because of either the clutch or the transmission that ended his race
And he was also a paid driver (through Mercedes who paid Jordan).
Mick is a cheeky dude... daring to overtake him when his father pays for the team.

Picking on someone who has already been ridiculed 100 times is always good for clicks.
the funniest thing about that fastest lap, it's not officially recognised by the FIA so, his fastest lap means nothing
I genuinely think the whole thing was set up to do two things... a) turn the only American owned team into a Russian Oligarch's play thing, going so far as the literally turn the car into a Russian flag and b) give Mazepin a seat because every other F1 team knew it would either be a poison pill or Mazepin wouldn't just be an active hindrance but tank the team. We all give Stroll crap but he still scores points on the reg...
Well, now Haas is and will remain an American Oligarch's plaything instead

@@ChapterFourBand you clearly don’t understand the definition of oligarch, kiddo 👶
Its really sad that people forgot really awful pay drivers from the 90s. But I guess that happens with an attention span of a goldfish and going for updoots.
You realize that was almost 30 years ago right? Wanna take a guess on what the average human lifespan is?
When kids who weren't even alive for most of F1 history make a "worst ever" list, you have to expect this.
In 1972, the Lotus team raced with Emerson Fittipaldi and Dave Walker. Emerson won the WDC while Dave didn't score a single point. And not because of mechanical failures or accidents: he was amazingly slow.
And that's for full season drivers. Al Pease holds the sad record of being black flagged for being too slow -only case in the history of F1. But he only raced a few isolated times.
In fairness to Pease, in that race he was driving an outdated car at a time when F1 lap records were getting obliterated thanks to the recent innovation of aerodynamic wings (the Eagle he was driving didn't even have them!). Walker's not a bad shout, though. Phenomenal F3 driver, but couldn't get used to the more delicate throttle control required of an F1 car.
Walker was a mega driver in the lower formula and it was argued very early in the 1972 season that DW did not have a similar car to Emmo.
You know you’re getting too old when they talk about bad f1 drivers and they don’t talk about Luca Baldor, Pastor Maldonado, Gabriele Tarquini, or Tiago Montaro
2021 really was the paydriver season
The late 80s and early 90s would like a word there.
F1 has always been a paydriver's sport from mid pack down.
"where in the video can i ask you to subscribe" made me hit that sub in supersonic speeds 😂
Nothing good to say about Mazepin, but F1 has a long story of terrible drivers. Names that immediately come to mind are Deletraz, Giovanna Amati, and many others.
Before watching this:
1. No he’s not
2. That’s Mick Schumacher‘s crash on the thumbnail
right
He is not the worst, he is the second worst 😅😅😅
Was looking for someone to point that out 😂
The fastert lap
*Under the safety car*
Mazepin was so bad that it almost was hilarious. But when it comes to pace, let's not forget about Ide, Yoong, Rosset, Lavaggi, Deletraz and Amati.
Al Pease, DSQ for being too slow
I find with the slow drivers most of the times it’s due to the piss poor quality of their cars anyways.
And one of the greatest slow drivers of all time, Trulli
@@ChristopherWoods One Lap pace by Trulli was amazing but he lacked race pace. He once said the grooved tyres worked against his driving style
Can we add Taki Inoue to that list?
I for one is really glad we don't have to see his face anymore.
Gaston Mazzacane was another shame on F1. Between him and Mazepin, it's a hard decision.
Rosset 😂
Takagi, Villeneuve in 1999, Yoong - so many to choose from.
Yuji Ide : Allow me to introduce myself.
still his crashes cost team less than mick schumacher 🤷♂️ yes he spun a lot and was totally of the pace all the time, but man not surprising in that shitbox and at least didnt absolutely smash the car like mick few times, so yeah he was pretty bad and didnt deserve F1 seat, but he at least helped haas financially
People that only started watching F1 after seen Drive to Survive will rate him as bad but for a pay driver he was OK. Pay drivers in the 80s and 90s were sometimes 5+ seconds slower a lap than their team mates..
Maz is definitely not the best but he did ok for a pay driver in the worst car on the grid
I feel like every generation had their crash-pilot. When I was a kid, it was for sure Takuma Sato. Yellow flag or safety car? 90% chance Sato had wrecked is vehicle again.
Here are some honorable mentions: Felipe Massa, Juan Pablo Montoya, Mark Webber, Yuji Ide, Pastor Maldonado, Ukyo Katayama, Heikki Kovalainen, Timo Glock, Taki Inoue.
Lewis Hamilton and Sebastian Vettel have their fair share of crashes also
@@i.elpunkt8473 Takagi, Mazzacane, Alex Yoong,...
I strongly suggest you go and research Yuji Ide as his rookie season is actually far worse than Nikita Mazepins. Yuji Ide was that bad and crashed at every round that he was demoted to reserve driver after only four races and lost his Fia super license way back in 2006. That's the worst F1 rookie season of all time.
how to say "i don't know the motorsport history at all yet i have a channel dedicated to it" with just one video title
Tell me you started watching F1 in 2020 without telling me you started watching F1 in 2020.
In a recent interview he said that he was faster in 2022 winter testing than Schumacher. That's interesting
2021 really was special.
Its one thing being a crap driver, but being crap and believing you're the GOAT is just grounds for internet hatred
This is the guy Ive checked in twice at the hotel I used to work for in Dubai. In exchange for a commision we were selling tickets for Abu Dhabi GP and I tried to sell him some tickets not knowing hes actually a driver… oh boy I should have convinced him to take a spectator seat.
“And in the next video we have ‘Logan Sergeant’, and ask, what possessed Williams to keep him on”. 😂

And yet Schumacher cost the Haas team more
The thrills and all to often spills of the "Privelidged"
"All the Gear/money, but no idea"
Even if he is bad at driving, it's sad to see how he left the sports (due to politics). If war crime from their home country is a reason to ban sportsmen, US athletes should also get many problems.
Not even mention Mazepin's efforts to make Latifi looks good. Once he is gone, Latifi is also gone....
Nikita Mazeprince of Speed
Although nikita mazepin was a horrible f1 driver, there were FAR worse than him as a rookie, i dont consider him the worst of all time but he is in the top 10 of the worst drivers ever
Let's be happy for the author that at such a young age he is already making his first videos. The man obviously didn’t watch Formula 1 until 2021, otherwise he wouldn’t be talking such ridiculous nonsense.
I think the haas had unpredictable tendencies because mick schmacher binned it alot too .obviously he was put into the seat because of funding not his skills but that's the sad state of f1
He got to F1 through the usual corrupted Russian Pipeline.
tbh we need Robert Kubica the GOAT back
Putin explained Mazepin as his special driving operation...
Still remember his spin in Bahrain giving us all ptsd from grosjean the year before 💀
There are a few worse, Al Pease got disqualified for driving too slow and finished 25 laps behind, Yuyi Ide literally was so far off pace + caused a major incident with Albers so he was dropped AFTER 4 RACES, Chanoch Nissany couldn’t even step out of the car, Giovanna Amati was slow asf and lived in Spain without the A, Deletraz retired once WITH CRAMPS and he was an extra chicane on the track, Taki Inoue literally got RUN OVER by the safety car, Ricardo Rosset is actually his surname with the R and the T swapped and Claudio Langes never even bothered to pre-qualify……
Yuji Ide got his superlicense REVOKED by the FIA for those...incidents. In my books, when you get to the point that FIA revokes your superlicence to protect the others around you, this has to make you the WOAT...
Al Pease just had a garbage car.
In all fairness, quite a few of those crashes weren't his fault. And we have also seen worse drivers in recent times like Haryanto, Stevens, Merhi etc
Getting passed on the Monaco hairpin in the first lap was hilarious
the car in your thumbnail is mick... micks helmet just someone's edited the 9 in place of the 47 of Schumacher
Imagine if Hulk was his teammate back in 2021. The gap would have been even more comical.
Taki inoue will forever be the worst f1 driver in our hearts even if he technically wasnt. Because he owns it like a boss and loves it lol
Was going to say the same thing
Giovanna Amati? She was briefly Damon Hill's partner at Brabham - never qualified. The team was a mess at the time and on it's "last legs".
